En "barfota lyx" snorkel och dykupplevelse, besöka 2 mycket olika och unika Stora Barriärrevet platser. "Wonder Wall" på ytterkanten Upolu Reef och Upolu Cay reef område - ett akvarium stil korall trädgård med de vackraste klarblå azurblå vatten. Tillbringa sex timmar (mer än någon annan revtur) för att snorkla eller dyka (se alternativ nedan) dessa Green Zone Marine Park mycket skyddade områden. Absolut ingen brådska på dagen. Njut av gratis Glas - Bottenbåt tur (beroende på havsförhållanden) och Adventure Drift Snorkel turer med din ombord marinnaturist. Efter incheckning ombord fartyget, ta en kaffe, en dansk bakelse, färsk frukt & bosätta sig. Efter drygt en timme är vi framme vid vårt första Stora Barriärrev - den vackra "Wonder Wall" på Upolu revets ytterkant. Snorkla, dyk (extra) denna fantastiska Stora Barriärrevet plats som samarbetar med fisk och marint liv. Upplev en informativ gratis Glass Bottom Boat & Adventure Drift Snorkel tur med våra mycket uppmärksamma guider. Efter en morgon med aktiviteter njut av en stor härlig lunch när vi kryssar till Upolu Cay. Snorkla denna "korallträdgård" tropiska oas - håll utkik efter sköldpaddor och stickrockor! När förhållandena tillåter kan du även landa på denna glittrande vita korall Cay! Njut av sex timmars snorkling, koppla av mellan dessa 2 unikt olika revplatser. Efter en magisk dag återvänder vi till Cairns och serverar färsk frukt, ost och kex och tårta som anländer tillbaka till Cairns vid 16.15-tiden. Dessa platser är i Marine Park högt skyddade zoner där inget fiske är tillåtet, därav överflöd av fisk och marint liv. Kom och hitta din favoritfigur i Hollywood Nemo! Med 6 timmars verklig orusad revtid har du gott om tid att göra både gratisaktiviteter och fortsätta att utforska dig själv under ledning av vår uppmärksamma besättning!
Ocean Freedom reser till två Great Barrier Reef-platser - "Wonder Wall" på den yttre kanten av Upolu-revet (en verkligt magnifik snorkel- och dykplats) och Upolu Cay Reef - en vacker grund turkos korallträdgård. Upolu Cay-platsen är verkligen magnifik - föreställ dig ett korallträdgårdsrev med massor av färgglada revfiskar som flyger in och ut ur staghorn-korallen när du snorklar i dessa kristallklara grunda vatten som omger Upolu Cay. Håll utkik efter sköldpaddor som dyker upp till ytan för att få en fläkt, stingrockor som ivrigt skurar botten efter mat. Ibland kan du stå lår djupt på Cay mitt i havet, andra dagar kan vi landa på denna glittrande vita vackra korallcay - varje dag ett litet mysterium av naturen men alltid har vi det fantastiska turkosa vattnet att snorkla i och runt denna magnifika Great Barrier Reef-området. Våra fartyg är utomhus med bra båtrörelser så mindre risk att drabbas av sjösjuka än vissa andra stängda fartyg, men om du är benägen att bli åksjuk rekommenderar vi att du tar åksjuketabletter 20 minuter innan du går ombord på fartyget.

We had an awesome time out on the reef today. The crew were super friendly, knowledgeable and capable. The small number of people on the boat made the experience more enjoyable as there weren’t heaps of people tussling for space on the boat or whilst snorkeling. The food served for lunch and snacks was also wonderful. Overall this was an excellent experience and definitely the money.

Such a wonderful day out on the reef! First and foremost, the boat is staffed with the kindest, friendliest, most knowledgeable team. They go above and beyond to make sure each person is having a great time. Check-in was simple and we boarded the ship according to the time in the instructions and then we set off for the Great Barrier Reef. When we got to the first stop, the weather was cooperating enough that we were able to board a small glass-bottom boat and see the reef while dry. Then we had plenty of time to snorkel at the first site. They have all of the equipment you need (wetsuits, masks, etc.) and the staff makes sure everything is working/fits/is cleaned/defogged. Then everyone enjoyed lunch while en route to the next site, which was a short distance away. We also had lots of time at this snorkel site and then headed back to the dock. In general, there are convenient cubbies for your belongings, two restrooms, and water/coffee available the entire trip. Helpful hint: some of the staff get in the water with you to point out fish and for the guests’ comfort and safety. Stay near their life rings to better hear the information they share about the fish, coral, and reef ecosystem. Overall, my family will go on this experience with this team again the next time we’re in Cairns. Loved it!

The crew members were all very friendly and knowledgeable making you feel very safe and excited to enter their boat and to explore the waters with them. The scuba diving is beginner friendly and quite an extraordinary experience! We felt very welcomed on the ship and we highly recommend people use this company to explore the Great Barrier Reef

First time scuba diving. Did two introductory dive and saw turtles and sting rays. Great food on board as well. Crew were amazing in making us feel comfortable. Recommend to always take sea sick pills.

Excellent experience. Had a great time snorkeling over the reefs. Saw a turtle, a Shark and many fishes. The glass bottom tour was good.

This was an outstanding day, full of amazing experiences. The crew were so skilled and knowledgeable and made everyone feel super comfortable. They were totally on top of all safety aspects, but in a very calm and relaxed way. And snorkelling the reef, seeing all the beautiful marine life, was better than I dreamed it would be. We had such an amazing day with Ocean Freedom. The staff were genuinely so friendly and made the whole experience even better. Nothing ever felt rushed, and they went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a great time. The views were absolutely beautiful and being out on the reef was unforgettable. You can really tell the crew love what they do and care about giving everyone the best experience possible. If you're visiting Cairns, I couldn't recommend Ocean Freedom enough. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip and we'd happily do it all over again.

We had a fantastic day on Ocean Freedom. The crew were all really friendly and helpful and made sure that everyone was stocked up on anti-sickness tablets, as it was a choppy day. The snorkelling on the reef was fantastic and Tamara pointed out many interesting fish and sea-life to look at. It really felt like we had plenty of time to snorkel too, which was great. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

I met Taryn at the end of 2023 at a travel event. I got in touch with her again in February 2024 regarding my trip. After a few emails back and forth, we've confirmed it in May. The service has been first class from the beginning to the actual experience in late August. We went to the service desk the day before to pay and the lovely Camille at the desk was so patient with my 100s of questions. I had another family booked on the same tour through Viator, and she made sure to put a note about their dietary requirement and prescription goggles for their son as well as for my daughter too. The check in and boarding was really easy and quick. Skipper Mike was fantastic. My special gratitude goes to the crew who looked after my daughter who was seasick, got her water, held her back and checked up on her. What I liked the most was that there was always someone keeping an eye on those who might need some extra support in the water. They made sure everyone who went into the water had a partner, regardless of their swimming ability. They also helped those who can't swim well to experience the Great Barrier Reef. My brother in law can't swim, but he went with a crew and spent so long in both locations and came back with a big smile on his face! However, I have to say, despite Molly's attempt to get me to see the reef failed massively. I was too scared and panicking to actually listen to her and follow her lead, and got back to the boat, which I regretted the minute I got back! I have to mention the food too. I was pleasantly surprised to see we had our vegetarian food kept in separate bowls with our names on them. Usually, places/tours like this, they would simply let us have whatever vegetarian options on the buffet and if we get to the buffet late, we may not have any left for us. But this way, they made sure we had something separate. I know this is a very late review, but the company & the team deserves this shout out even if it is this late.
