Med endast maximalt 25 passagerare gör detta vår Stora Barriärrevet & Green Island turné mycket gästfokuserad!Faktum är att vi är den enda segel, rev och tropiska ön erfarenhet i Cairns catering för ett så lågt gästantal . Simma, snorkla eller dyk direkt från båten till en exklusiv magnifik GBR-plats - inga folkmassor. Båten ligger förtöjd bara 1 km utanför Green Island - en mycket skyddad Marine Park zon. Från Cairns, segla till denna revplats och Green Island med stil på en tvåmastsskonare och njut av en läcker lunchbuffé ombord. Efter att ha snorklat av båten ta en mjuk transfer för att utforska skönheten i Green Island, se regnskogen eller lata sig på de vita sandstränderna.

Gästerna kan besöka denna ö som en del av deras Ocean Free Green Island & Stora barriärrevet seglingstur med endast högst 25 gäster. De har ett val att tillbringa resten av eftermiddagen på ön till sista upphämtning eller återvända till huvudfartyget efter en timme, om de föredrar att göra mer snorkling. Ocean Free faktiskt förtöjer på ett exklusivt privat rev 1 km utanför ön där gästerna kan dela sin tid mellan snorkling och dykning (valfritt extra) precis utanför båten på denna exklusiva Stora Barriärrevet plats och gå till ön i anbud för att utforska eller bara koppla av på den tropiska stranden. Gästerna har 4 och 1/2 timmar att uppleva revet och ön. Typiskt våra gäster valde att tillbringa 1-2 timmar på ön. På ön kan gästerna njuta av en tolkningspromenad över ön, koppla av på stranden och besöka Marineland Melanesia (liten avgift för att komma in här)
Marineland Melanesia är en valfri upplevelse när du besöker Green Island. För en liten avgift kan du gå in i denna attraktion för att se krokodiler, sköldpaddor, artefakter och fakta om regionen

- Observera: Alla DYKARE kommer att behöva fylla i ett medicinskt frågeformulär ombord innan dykning. Boka endast dykalternativen om du inte har några medicinska tillstånd eller tar medicin eftersom vissa tillstånd/mediciner hindrar dig från att dyka
- Tour kräver att du är stabil och mobil nog att flytta runt ett rörligt fartyg och att överföra från huvudfartyget på öm och baksida
- Gäster kommer från många länder och många har bara en liten möjlighet att besöka revet. Fartyget kommer att fungera under alla väderförhållanden (förutom stormstyrka och varningar för svåra väderförhållanden) och har extra rutiner för att göra dagen så bra som möjligt. Om du är orolig för vädret, besök www.bom.gov.au cairns coastal report - den ger dig en 4-dagarsprognos. 10-20 knop är en normal bra dag. Resedatum kan ändras i mån av tillgång och även full återbetalning vid avbokning med minst 24 timmars varsel. Våra fartyg är utomhus med goda båtrörelser, så det är mindre risk att drabbas av sjösjuka än vissa andra slutna fartyg, men om vi är benägna att åksjuka rekommenderar vi att du tar resesjuketabletter 20 minuter innan du går ombord på fartyget.

Crew was great! And the day was awesome. The ocean wasn’t smooth but they took good care of us and we saw plenty of sea life. Very accommodating of various passengers’ sea sickness— they brought anti-nausea meds enough for everyone.
Had an incredible trip on Ocean Free out to Green Island. Everything about it was excellent, the boat, food and equipment were perfect. The best thing was the crew, Ryan, Reece and Tom were so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They are a credit to a very well run operation.

The boat is very beautiful and well-equipped. The price difference compared to Ocean Freedom is certainly justified, and in our case, we would definitely make the same choice again. Brian, the skipper, and his crew were very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Snorkeling was wonderful, and during the summer, it must be even more spectacular. Good and abundant is also the food offered throughout the day. I saw even the least inclined people being carefully attended to. I would do it again 100 times!

This trip couldn’t have been more delightful. The crew were adept at sailing and snorkeling/diving. Very knowledgeable about the Reef. Truly seemed to enjoy getting to know each of us. Generally fabulous hosts for a day that felt like a private tour on a sailboat on the Great Barrier Reef! Fabulous!

We used the company when visiting Cairns in 2019 and had a great experience with an assisted scuba dive on that trip so I knew we wanted to use them again. This time we opted to snorkel only but it was another amazing experience from start to finish! The crew members are all so friendly and knowledgeable and the food served throughout the day exceeded our expectations. So many fresh fruits, veggies and breads as well as a variety of proteins. Having the opportunity to sail while also visiting the reef and green island was just what I was looking for. The day was perfect!!

The day was great due to the staff/crew. The weather wasn’t great and we were a little disappointed by the reef which was bleached. I’ve seen much better reefs and fish other places. But this is not the fault of the tour operators. They were terrific. And maybe a sunnier nice day would have helped.

While some coral and reef may look bleached, a lot of the time the conditions of the weather can alter the vibrancy of the reef sites. As you had mentioned, a sunnier day would have definitely improved both the visibility and vibrancy of the reef. Hopefully you can travel with us again when the weather has cleared up!
Incredibly great experience! We had great weather and a fantastic sailing and snorkeling day. The super nice crew provided us with many valuable tips and knowledge about the reef. Green Island was a nice stop after lunch, but the highlight was the snorkeling. We could see many large colorful fish, turtles and reef sharks. The crew pointed out special spots in the reef (huge shells and small “nemos”). The food on board was really good - better than many restaurants in Touri places:) It was nice that only 22 guests (max 25) were on board, so it was not a mass event, as on other ships. We would book this tour again anytime!
