O'Hare Flygplatstransfer till Chicago med Inside Meet - Lyx SUV

Age 75 and traveling alone with a big suitcase, I opted for this service to get from O’Hare to my friend’s home in Downer’s Grove, a town west of Chicago. And then back again to O’Hare 3 days later. The entire experience was highly satisfactory. The meeting and pick-up worked exactly as described in advance. Driver was just a tad early on both occasions, which I like. He was personable and a good, safe driver. I will certainly use this service again on my next trip.

Riding with Echo Limo was a wonderful experience. The driver was on time and met me at the escalator with a sign and was easy to locate. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable conversation. The car was very clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth. The driver was able to get me to my destination on time.

We were told to go to the outside lane after we picked up our luggage which we did. THe driver was waiting for us by baggage claim which I did not realize. He was rude and blamed us for not being in the correct place. I had texted him so he knew where we were located. Then he had us WALK for another 20 minutes to where he had parked the car in the parking garage. The driver continued to complain about us the whole time we were hauling our luggage all over the place. He was very rude and I expect some kind of compensation credited to my credit card because I did not pay to get picked up in the parking garage and having to walk in the heat at the airport haulng our own luggage. Thank you

Very good driver and wonderful car. Courtesy and professional. He waited in the arrival hall for almost two hours, because we queued for lost luggage.

As scheduled, attentive to flight arrival, very nice person, waiting for me at luggage pick up, good driving, will use again.

Easy to book online. Communication was good to keep us informed (and to remind us of the times we booked). Driver was on time and got us to our hotel as quickly as possible with local traffic. Would definitely use again!

Rose was excellent and fun to ride with. She gave us lot of tips around town and exchanged personal jokes. By end of the ride, we felt she was someone we have known for long time. This is above and beyond the service of airport. Bravo! What’s a nice way to start our trip in Chicago.
