Du börjar din turné kl. 07.30 från ditt hotell i Kandy, där du hämtas av din chaufför. Se till att du tar med dig en packad frukost om du inte kan äta din måltid på hotellet. Din chaufför tar dig till Kandy eller Peradeniya järnvägsstation cirka kl. 0800 som ligger ganska nära. Ditt tåg kommer att gå mellan 0830 – 0845 timmar. Din guide kommer att hjälpa dig att komma på tåget för din tågresa. Din tågresa tar dig med på en naturskön resa genom några av de vackraste landsbygdsområdena på Sri Lanka. Titta på teplantagernas lysande gröna mattor. Se de pittoreska byarna med dimmiga bergsbakgrunder passera förbi. Titta genom duggregn och dimma för att titta på Hill Countrys magiska landskap. Njut av de fantastiska synerna av skrämmande berg, djupa och mörka skogar och magnifika vattenfall när de går vid dina fönster
Du kommer till Nanuoya kl. 12.15. Din guide möter dig vid Nanuoya-stationen, som har tjänat Nuwara Eliya i över ett sekel. När du sträcker på benen lite kommer din guide att köra dig till Nuwara Eliya. Njut av den spännande halvtimmesresan uppför den slingrande vägen. Njut av att gå genom gatorna med sina vackra små stugor, pittoreska villor och vackra herrgårdar. Därefter cirka kl. 13.30 äter du lunch på en plats som du väljer. Efteråt kommer din guide att visa dig de viktigaste sevärdheterna, beroende på tidsbrist.
Du kommer att få se Lake Gregory. Du kommer också att gå till det tidlösa gamla postkontoret och kan skicka hem ett vackert vykort om du vill, eller till och med köpa några som souvenirer.

Blue Field Tea Factory där du skulle se hur världens berömda "Ceylon Tea" tillverkas. 1824 fördes en teplanta till Ceylon av britterna från Kina och planterades i Royal Botanical Gardens i Peradeniya för icke-kommersiella ändamål. James Taylor var en brittisk medborgare som introducerade kommersiell teplantage på Sri Lanka (Ceylon).
Fortsätt sedan tillbaka till Kandy vid cirka 1500 timmar. A lovely setting, slightly tired in places but didn't really detract from the beautiful setting. Waiters and waitresses are very attentive. Bravo Dalshan, Rasiha and Ishan. Thank you
The highlight was, of course, the train journey (one way only to be clear) with amazing views. The journey back by car was also scenic and took in a number of sites, e.g. waterfalls, tea plantation tour, park and gardens in Nuwara Eliya. The driver was flexible in terms of what I wanted to do/see. One note of caution - the driver suggested lunch and he took me to a restaurant for a sit-down, a la carte meal. He asked for the bill which was presented to me for payment for the both of us. I did not expect this nor had budgeted for it.
We had a great time! There were lots of stops on the way to stretch your legs and see some amazing views. Was well organised and they took extra care to made sure we got the correct train from the station.
A great day out with Jayantha. He is very knowledgeable and kept us on track and on time for the trains. We saw some great scenic spots and the entire day was wonderful. Thank you so much
Culturally enriching train ride in a fantastic landscape. It's so beautiful there. FOR GOD'S SAKE BUY SEAT TICKETS IN REAL GOOD TIME, ORDER FROM HOME. The train ride is not fun standing for 4 hours.
I didn't have enough time to plan for my trip in Sri Lanka, but thanks to them, I could fully enjoy my time in Kandy, Nuwara eliya, and Ella. Very much appreciated for their help and kindness! Higly recommend.
Worth to visit. Views on the way are amazing. We had a very nice guide driver , very polite and extremely helpful. Got some rain, otherwise plan to stay in Nuwala a bit longer , amazing place with unusual architecture
Beautiful views, it is worth it but We recommend NOT to buy 1st vlasy ticket. On the web you can not find the price. Well it costs 2500 LRK per person. It has AC but you can not open the Window. Go to 2nd class :) Plus We got terrible place :D We recommend the train because the country is amazing but do not make same mistake as We did with 1st class :)

We traveled by a train and got the wonderful view of Nuwara Eliya. Afterwards visited to the Ramboda waterfall. This was amazing experience in my life. Also hospitality of Srilanka's are highly appreciated. Hope to come back Sri Lanka again.

Dhanushka was friendly and professional. He was also very flexible - happy to stop whenever we wanted and to change the tour around a little to suit our needs . His English was very good .The train trip was stunning and the visit to the tea factory was interesting. It was a full day and we enjoyed it all . highly recommended 😻
