Our tour guide was an art history, major from Italy and she was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of all the symbolism and renovations in Notre Dame
This tour was superb! Have been in Notre Dame several times, but learned so much this time. And our guide Liz was perfect - so knowledgeable, fun, responsive, and considerate of our small group’s needs. Bravo!!
We arrived early, but Viator guide never showed up. Another guide tried calling with no luck. He took care of us, and it was a great tour!
We sincerely apologize for what happened. The guide you met on site is actually a member of our team and a colleague of the guide originally assigned to your tour, who was running late. Our management therefore asked this guide to take over your group, while your assigned guide would take care of the other guide’s clients. A guide swap was arranged at the last minute, but it was carried out entirely within our own team of guides. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. We hope you still enjoyed the tour.

This tour was May 1 many folks not working due to May Day and our guide could not verify our names; it took a while to even figure out who was doing the tour. The guide was outstanding very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name. The tour was small 4 people, so it made the experience very nice and easy. She pointed out the history and important facets of the church as well as the rebuilding after the fire.

The best part of this experience is our sweet, knowledgeable guide, Isabelle. She let me borrow her jacket too, as of today, they stopped women who doesn't have shoulder coverings at the door. Highly recommended.
