Our tour was amazing! Madeline was patient, kind and incredibly informative. She indulged all of our questions, had photos of her own to illuminate the history of the cathedral. Highly recommend this tour, tour guide & this visit to Notre Dame Cathedral - a must!!

It was an excellent tour and tour guide.
Our tour guide, Sarah, was excellent. However, we paid $318 (2 people) for a private tour of the inside of Notre Dame. She could not take us inside, and just showed us around the outside. Sarah never walked in the cathedral with us. Other tours we saw were going inside. We were able to get into Notre Dame without standing in the long line. Of course we were on our own at that point. When I called Viator, their agent admitted that the description was inaccurate. He said that they had to contact the tour company for a refund. After multiple communications, we finally received a very small refund - $31.18. I would never have paid $318.00 for an outside tour. They are much less expensive. Also, our tour was less time than described. I paid Viator, not an individual tour agency. Viatour should stand by the product described on their app.
Excellent tour and experienced very professional. We had a lot of changes of time that they accommodated us which was extra special and really on a busy day was unexpected but they went out of their way. Madeleine was excellent she was really patient and provided an excellent tour and was very well informed. Highly highly recommend

I had not been to Notre Dame since before the fire. Sadly, many great paintings and objects. Our guide was wonderful. She showed us pictures after the fire, so we could understand how difficult the restoration process is
