VÄLKOMMEN TILL MIN KOCKS BORD Jag är Ladislav, ung, entusiastisk kock som älskar att göra andra nöjda med mat. Jag arbetade på flera restauranger med bästa Michelinstjärnor i Europa och var värd för ett antal framgångsrika popup-provningsevenemang i många länder. Jag deltog också framgångsrikt i tiotals nationella eller internationella matlagningstävlingar. Arbetade eller arrangerade i kök i Österrike, England, Grekland och Malta. Mina gäster är riktigt entusiastiska över 10-rättersmenyn. Många av dem tvekar inte att jämföra nivån med en middag på en Michelin-restaurang. För närvarande är jag en av de bäst rankade kockarna som är värd för en mat & dryck Airbnb-upplevelse i Prag. Mina rätter är kreativa, spännande och smakrika, fokuserade på det centraleuropeiska köket. Den är baserad på traditionella ingredienser, t.ex. rika sorter av grönsaker, svamp, hemgjorda ostar och närproducerat och utvalt kött.

Everything about the 10 course dinner was outstanding from the pre-arrival communication by the chef to the beautifully and very flavorful and fresh plates served!
This is a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every course was delightful and amazingly thought out. 15/10 we have to come back and do this again!!

This was a food lovers dream experience. The chef was personable and talented and every course was thoughtful and delicious and unique. All of the spice levels were spot on and each course used elevated ingredients. The dessert was truly artistic and beautiful to see. The chef was also very helpful in obtaining return transportation for us. It's a once in a lifetime experience that I highly recommend.

Ladislav is an amazing host and an incredibly experienced chef with an impressive résumé. We joked, laughed, and talked throughout most of the meal—his personality is infectious and full of warmth. He truly goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need during the experience. The 10 courses? Genuinely unbelievable. The variety, the flavours, the textures—everything was beyond any scale I’ve experienced before. While we came for the exceptional food, we stayed for an unforgettable evening with Ladislav.
