After booking received no contact from operator, contacted Viator twice threw out the day to receive information or something, but unsuccessful. Viator provided the minimum help. After they didn’t show up. Viator advice me that they have to communicated with operator to approve the refund and even them are unable to talk to them. I highly doubt I will receive anything for this. I encourage people to stay away from this provider and Viator.
Mina picked us up from the hotel and was with us every step of the way. The cruise lasted about 2 hours, and door to door roughly 3 hours of fun

We had a great time! The show was really beautiful! We had a wonderful evening! I recommend everyone to make this exceptional experience! The bus picked us up outside our house and took us back after! This is a really exceptional time we spent as a family!

The guide was very polite and kind. The content was that I was not sure if they would show the highlights because I didn't know the time schedule, but they were excited about the second half.

This is my worst experience ever, My family and I waited for the driver to come to our hotel to pick us up and there was No show. I called and sent numerous messages and no response. This is the worst service i’ve ever experienced. We paid for this service and for us to be left stranded like that without any explanation is unacceptable.

I didn’t attend because no one picked us up . Never never book with this vendor . No one called me to inquire even though emails were sent to the vendor.

It was amazing! Hassan is soo kind!! We are group of Turkish girls and he is so friendly and felt ourselves safe!!Good driver, good support, good advisor. While we were eating outside he was coming and saying show will start and we shouldnt miss. Thanks again!!
