It was very nice informative the area was really crowded with a lot of party goals which made it a little bit festive for us wasn't as much lights as we thought it would be but we had a good experience not worth the money we paid but I'm glad we did it

St. Augustine can be especially crowded and lively during peak times, which definitely adds to the festive atmosphere but can also make the lights feel less prominent than expected. Nights of Lights is a citywide event, so the displays vary by area and evening, and crowd levels are unfortunately outside of our control. We’re still glad to hear you found the tour informative and that you ultimately had a good experience, and we truly appreciate you giving Panda Tours a try and taking the time to leave thoughtful feedback.
The golf cart tours can be amazing however this one was not. Instead of two golf carts , on same day of tour they had to substitute a pedi cab for one of the golf carts. This limited the area that the tour could go and we didn't see a lot lights we have seen on other tours. There was no Christmas music playing and the drivers did not talk to us or add anything to the experience. I will definitely choose a different tour next time.

Due to an unexpected vehicle issue on the day of your tour, we did substitute one golf cart with a pedicab, which we fully communicated in advance along with photos, and we proceeded only after receiving your approval. While the pedicab still allows for a safe and festive route, we understand that traffic conditions and route limitations can impact what is seen on a given evening. We regret that the experience felt less interactive than it should have been, as guest engagement is very important to us, and we will be addressing this with our team.
