Sam is an excellent tour guide! Niagara Falls is an amazing experience. Cave of the winds is a must.
Great activities to do for the day. I love the boat trip was a blast. There was overcrowding on our trip and the wait time to get on and off wasn't bad. We got so wet, so make sure you wear quick drying shoes.The second activity was disappointing. The museum was neat and informative, but the walk near the falls was crowded, hard to maneuver through, and people going in the wrong direction. Overall, we would do the trip again. Our guide, Joel, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learn some great trivia.
Greg was a Fantastic tour guide, especially with his own personal take on the surroundings as he was born and raised in Niagara Falls! We would highly recommend a tour through NRT!
We could have booked these excursions separately. However our tour guide Joel made things simple and stress free. We enjoyed the stories about the falls and park history. He kept everyone organized and on task. Would do this excursion again.
I was with Greg who is a native born New York Niagara person. He was super into the tour gave great history behind the falls and made sure he was checking in with everyone through out the entire trip. It was really cool to see as an other New Yorker!!!! Give Greg a raise he deserves it. The trip was so fun and you really get to do so much and it takes a little longer than 3 hours! Def worth the money. Please bring water though it was hot when you weren’t in the water!
Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of extra facts. We had Diane and her husband (so sorry we forgot his name-we’re 71 & 78) who were excellent. Highly recommend them. We did Maid of the Mist and Wind of the Cave plus a tour around The whole area.

The tour we went on included the Maid of the Mist, the Cave of the Winds, and a walking tour of the park. Our tour guide was Bernie and he was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the day a lot of fun. It also ended up being a good time sharing the experiences with our small group and as I said, Bernie really made the day. Highly recommended.
This was over priced , actual tickets cost was 50 and we were charged 95, 45 per person for guide which was not required at all.
