Maureen Malark, our tour guide, was a horrible guide; she was constantly racist to a couple in our group. She also made an extremely inappropriate comment to a girl and her dad, assuming she was her girlfriend. On top of that, she was rude to everyone in our group and led us to various unauthorized tourist traps. Towards the end of the tour, she stopped in the middle of the street and held us there until we all gave her a tip above $20. While in the bus, she yelled at a couple and a girl whom she assumed was her dad's girlfriend when they simply asked when they would leave. When we tried to report her to the front office, the man who was working there gave us a white sheet of paper instead of an official document to write out our complaint; however, we never received anything back from them. So I believed that they ignored it or threw it away. Maureen was not only inappropriate and racist, but she was incredibly unprofessional for holding us hostage tips
It was a nice trip. We didn’t need to do the regular line to buy the tickets.
You are paying twice as much for two pictures from the tour guide. This is not a trialing tour. We only got some info at the beginning and the group half the time was wondering what we were doing. I’ve traveled all over the world and this was not a tour. Save money and just pay $30 entry to Maid of the mist. If you try to contact them through the app they don’t even respond.
Book through this site. It didn't give you clear instructions on where to go or if you needed to meet someone.
Experience of going on the boat was exceptional. Paying double for the experience was not! Had we known you can walk up day of and buy tickets for half of the price we paid.
I would recommend that you just book directly with Maid of the Mist as it will end up costing you less money! There was way too many people on the tour. Walking guide only gave a couple of talks. There was also some confusion on where the meeting place was.
You can buy tickets 30$ per adult at the ticket boots before the boats instead of spending double amount doing it with the guide. This guided «walk» does not includes the cave. I regret spending double amount of money for the guide. The two guides said probably 5 sentences during the whole trip. And we had to wait for every slow walker joining. So just pay the official tickets and save both money and time
Make sure to take a water proof phone case that you can still take pics! Plan to get wet! Gorgeous!!
I was very upset to find out y'all charged me 4x the price for adult tickets for the boat ride. Not worth it. Buy them at the park. The none available resilt on this site is scam to get you to book with them early.
The boat tour would not accept the tickets presented from our phone. Had to buy tickets directly from them. We wanted a refund but never got a response from Viator. Still waiting!!
