Njut av härlig mat från fem restauranger medan du promenerar på de historiska gatorna i Newport, Rhode Island! Vår turné börjar framför Wave-skulpturen i hörnet av America's Cup Ave. och Memorial Blvd. Vi kommer att prata om Newports ökända pirater, revolutionära krigsarméer, herrgårdarnas och industrimännens Gilded Age, det irländska amerikanska arvet fram till och med bostadsrättsbommen. Vår turné kommer att pågå i 2,5 timmar och kommer att täcka cirka 1,75 miles. Ta med din aptit, du kommer inte att bli besviken!

Vår mötesplats som ligger framför Wave Sculpture, i hörnet av America's Cup Blvd och Memorial Blvd. i hjärtat av Newport. Efter din incheckning ger vi en kort historik om 41 North och Armory, och fortsätter sedan till vår "Off the Beaten Path"-turné. Om du har varit i Newport många gånger eller om det är första gången kommer du att uppleva många nya fakta och underbara restauranger längs vägen.
Armoryen, som byggdes 1894 för Militia, blev snart International Sailing Hall of Fame.

This tour was a fascinating and tasty way to spend 3 hours in the middle of the day. Our guide Susan had lots of interesting tidbits of info about the industries that helped Newport grow like it did. The food was great: 5 separate stops including clam chowder, chicken sandwiches, ravioli, and pastries. I highly recommend if it's your first time in Newport.

Our group of eight college girlfriends really enjoyed this walking tour, we love a fun fact and even better when paired with delicious food and a beverage! Our tour guide was fabulous, she was very knowledgeable but did not give too much historical information. The restaurant selection was varied & very good! The cost of the tour was well worth it based on the amount of food you’re served. Would definitely recommend this tour!
