The cruise was good. The only problem I had was I purchased a patch from the gift shop. Seconds after the cashier took my money, I realized the patch was not of the boat I was on. I asked to return it and first she said she had no way to do this then she changed her statement to we do not take returns.
They sell drinks and have a small game for kids to find items on the boat to entertain them. I played myself with my wife. And we had fun with a drink. There are nachos and ice cream for sale but is decent not great. But all in all I do recommend it if you want to just get on a boat.
This was my family and I first time and it was so fun. We were worried we would get sick or not enjoy it but we all did. We will definitely be back to do it again.
The tour was advertised as a 75 minute event, the boat did not leave dock until 30 minutes after boarding. The crowd management waiting to board was not managed well, people lined up in a line under direct sunlight, while three employees sttod under an canopy. People were told they could step out of line and wait under a large pergola away from the boarding area. The tour sights were marginally of interest. The presenter was polite and informative, but the tour was underwhelming.
Informative narration, ship in good shape, solid crew. Note this is the diesel electric paddle wheel powered ship. The have a true steam paddle boat also.
There is no great expectation except for the history that's shared and a great staff that answer questions. The staff is knowledgeable and very polite.

We checked in early (as indicated on our tickets and email reminders) at the wrong location (totally our fault) and were redirected to the correct location. Because we were early, we had time and didn't have to rush. We got our picture taken before we boarded in case we wanted that memory. We opted not to get the photos strictly because we didn't like how WE looked in them. There were plenty of seats available throughout and after everyone boarded, the announcer began. He was a little cheesy, but offered good information. We felt the tour was worth the price, and we took a lot of pictures because we really enjoyed the sights! The boat was handicap accessible (to board), and the staff was very kind, in spite of the heat! I highly recommend this if you want a little local history and a riverboat experience!

It was a nice riverboat. I enjoyed the view, the breeze the ambiance but the narrator was a bit bland to me. I do feel like it should be a little more warm and lively but I understand the robotics a little. Elephant ear was pretty good but when I asked for it to be warmed I was sure it would actually be warm. Otherwise it was a nice time and the drink was great!

The riverboat cruise was an easy, carefree, well organized excursion. The employees were all very nice, friendly and helpful. And the views of the Mississippi Delta, inter coastal area and the NOLA area was very much an experience to see! Definitely worth the 75 minutes of your day!
