A wonderful trip which I’d thoroughly recommend. Stephanie was our guide and she enthusiastically and energetically conveyed her knowledge to us. She really wanted us to enjoy the experience by meeting up with us at different places to ensure we got to see everything. The castle is beautiful but be prepared for plenty of steps inside and if you can comfortably manage uphill, the walk is lovely to the castle. The only downside was the location of the meeting point outside the office which felt a little deserted on an early Sunday morning. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this trip.
Small group of 12, we got to know each other on the train ride. Had a knowledgable and entertaining tour guide, John.

We actually missed the tour. They changed the time in us from 7:15am to 9:00am We never got new documents and the link that was sent out did not work to find out where to meet
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback Debbie. Your tour was always booked for the 9.15 AM deparutre, there is no departure with any company in Munich that would be starting this tour at 7 AM. We had waited here at our departure point for you, but unfortunately we do have to leave on time to value our other guests time on the tour. Thanks for your understanding.

Wonderful day trip and outstanding guide, LEON! Before the trip we were wondering will 10 hours feel like too long? And the answer is - No! Leon was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. He made the bus ride fly by and the castle is so beautiful and interesting. I highly recommend this tour.

Was a lovely day trip! Really enjoyed the bus ride there and the historical information Jeremy shared with us. The tour offered just enough structure with free time. Would recommend!

Excellent tour. The bus ride is a little long but Jake made it very informative and entertaining. The castle and surrounding area is a beautiful. I did not read thoroughly and you do have to pay additionally to get in the castle. Also if you try the walk, its more strenuous than you'd think haha.

Amazing experience. Arrived at the check in location. Checked in. The guide (Mark, I think - nice Australian guy) have received an intro speech, asked where everyone was from. The bus was parked a very short distance away. Clean, comfortable. Scenic drive. We were given lots of options on what we could do. And specific instructions on where & when to meet. The castle is fabulous. Only castle guides can give tours inside. Easy to find our guide afterwards. Food prices were very reasonable at the castle/village. Many places only accept cash. Fantastic experience
