They advertise a 2-hour lesson, but actually deliver a 1-hour and 5-minute lesson. They teach you how to prepare the 65% water pizza dough, but they don't teach you how to prepare the 80% water Biga dough which you end up baking. It's a nice lesson with nice people, but not very useful and NOT as advertised.

It was such an amazing unique experience. Noemi was an amazing tour guide, with many interesting details about the production of the dough. Salvio did an awesome job showing us the techniques for the perfect pizza!

This was a great family experience! Our two kids (7 and 11) had so much fun! Noami and Antonio were fantastic hosts. Noami is so knowledgeable and taught us all about how to make pizza! We cannot wait to go home and bring the recipes with us. If you are in the Naples area we couldn't recommend this more!
