Reporting to the desk in the airport at arrivals seems a bit pointless. They didn't take any of our details or check the ticket, just pointed us in the direction of the coach which the underlying docs explain anyway.
Easy. Tour company totally helps you get to right pickup place (which is a little further than I expected with luggage). Great drive nice and clean bus.
The staff inside was helpful allowed us on an earlier bus since we landed early and grateful beacsue traffic was already bad at 9 am

Driver was very abrupt and unhelpful. Even cranky. Directions to get to the bus were very hard to find.. Once on the bus, the trip was fine
Excellent experience , from the start to the end , the driver was friendly and professional he helped us with good accurate information very professional
Great shuttle to Sorrento. Very easy to find, was sent a video explaining where to go which made finding it very simple. Nice bus, good aircon. Due to traffic, journey took us around 2 hours

The worst experience ever. If I could I will give minus 5 stars. Easy to buy a tickets, company took the money no problem, when we arrived to our destination nobody knows where bus stop is, range the company and I was told contact provider of the bus for tickets. So I paid for tickets to one company but had to rang to another company for tickets? What a joke. Overpriced and very bad service. Bus to our final destination was half price. Don’t bother to use this company.
Make sure you pre-book to guarantee a seat on the bus. Some people tried to buy a ticket at the bus but had to wait until the scheduled bus departure time to see if there were any spare seats or wait another hour for the next bus to do the same again
