This experience way exceeded expectations. Jordan, the Marine Biologist who ran the tour was brilliant - the additional knowledge imparted massively contributed to the experience. Booking through the Aquarium meant that our table for dinner was right next to the aquarium

Absolutely amazing combo deal! The tour and our tour guide, Makayla or Kayla I think her name was, had an amazing vibe and explained everything really well. This is one of the best aquariums I have visited, so much to see. The dinner at Dundees Restaurant was amazing too, the meals were small but I don’t eat much so that’s okay, but they tasted amazing! We will be back!

It was great to have the whole place for such a small group. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgabe (sorry forgot her name. Tour was 2/12/24) Then to have such a stunning meal afterwards capped off a great night

Cameron was so knowledgeable he even taught me a few new facts about the marine life on the Great Barrier Reef and I'm a local and thought I knew it all. The dinner was scrumptious and Brendan our waiter made the night a memorable one.

A really great look at the entire Queensland ecosystem, from freshwater to the Coral Sea! The guide was knowledgeable and passionate. She conveyed the science in a way that was scientifically accurate but not too weighty and jargon laden. My only disappointment was that there was not more information about nocturnal activities. Food at the restaurant is good quality too.

Innovative experience having a guided tour of the aquarium at night. Jack was very informative and easy to listen to. Followed by a lovely meal at Dundee’s Restaurant, seated by one of the aquarium tanks.

The aquarium is great it’s the only one I’ve ever been to that also had reptiles, mostly our tour was great because of the tour guide she was amazing!! Super bubbly and funny (punny) she was great with our children and super informative with the tour, would definitely recommend, the dinner was great too

A personal guided tour of over an hour & a half through the aquarium then a sumptuous two course dinner at Dundee's restaurant - just sensational! I would recommend this tour to everyone.

This was a great tour! The tour guide was incredibly passionate about her job as an ecologist which took the tour a whole new level. One suggestion I would like to make - has the Cairns Aquarium considered offering a tour for adults only? We had a very excitable young child on the tour who asked *HEAPS* of questions which was nice to see, but after a while it started to become slightly repetitive and we noticed that the other members of the group started to drift off and do their own thing in an effort to "create space".

The Cairns Aquarium is designed to be a space where everyone can enjoy and learn of the animals and ecosystems of North Queensland through an immersive and informative experience. There are currently no age restrictions on our guided tours but we always inform our guests to understand the nature of the tours before making a reservation. The Night at the Aquarium was great. It was a small group tour and Cameron the guide was passionate and knowledgeable. Cameron gave a fun and interesting commentary throughout the tour. We had a combination tour and dinner ticket…..dinner was incredibly delicious and well worth the additional cost for our meal at Dundees.
