My experience getting from the Nashville Airport to our hotel was a lot better than the return trip on June 21st. You'll need to read that review too. The driver on June 18th was ready and waiting for us. Smooth ride, no issues. But since my return /roundtrip was dreadful, I dont think I could refer this car service to anyone else.
The transportation accommodations from the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Airport was less than smooth. I contacted Viator via phone to confirm the time of pickup and was given confirmation that the driver would be there by 4am. However 10-15 minutes past the pick up time, reach back out to the car service and viator because the driver did not show up. I was told that the driver was sleep and was not answering the phone. After going back and forth for another 20 to 30 minutes, I ended up having to call two Ubers so that my party of 9 could get to the airport in time for a very early flight back to dc. And it took another 2 to 3 days to get reimbursed for services not rendered. I'm extremely disappointed with the car service as well as the lack of immediate accountability by them and viator. Quite doubtful it i will ever use them again.

Don’t show on time when you call they tell you someone is on the way after they say you don’t have a reservation! They take your money for full size Benz vans and show up in Suburban’s ! And don’t want you to review them if it’s not 5 stars! Fighting for my refund now.
Hello, This booking for the transfer never turned up; we waited for over 45 mins with young children after a long transit journey from Australia. I also called metro and they had no confirmation of our booking. Please issue a refund immediately, the service has been unacceptable. Jem Cheep

Roomie, clean, driver was nice and helpful with information. We liked them so much, we booked our return trip to the airport. And so REASONABLE - with NO hidden fees. This was the best way to get a party of 13 people to the hotel. The driver was very friendly and got us to our destination safely. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them again.
