This exceeded our expectations. It was a lot of fun, and we met others from different countries. Mauro, our chef leader, was very engaging and made the experience even more fun. He remembered all of our names while demonstrating. We made the tiramisu first as it has to chill for an hour. The pizza dough took a bit longer to make. The pizza dough we all made is donated to a food bank for bread making which is awesome! We used new pizza dough to make our individual Margherita pizzas with using fresh ingredients. Each pizza was at least 10 inches and plentiful. That followed by the tiramisu which was the best i have tasted was more than many of us could eat. Fortunately, we were able to bring the rest of tiramisu with us to finish later. Thank you, Mauro, for making this such a memorable experience!! Highly recommend without reservation!
Lorenzo was a great teacher throughout. His instructions were clear and he gave a little historical information and cooking knowledge as he went. When things didn't quite go the way they were supposed to he'd step in and offer guidance and help. We worked in pairs, and made an individual pizza and a shared tiramisu. There were drinks offered with the meal and a little celebration at the end of the class. Really recommend 👌 P.S. my pizza slapped 😋
Francisco was amazing, the class was so fun and he was so knowledgeable and helpful, sharing the history of the food we were making while we worked. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!
Amazing experience with Alexander the Great! Found out that pizza and tiramisu are not really complicated to make. Simple ingredients can actually produce delicious and healthy meal. A well recommended experience whilst in Naples. Suggestions though: Please put a wash basin in the demonstration area so customers will not go to toilet just to wash hands after every demo. Not very hygienic. Put lock in the womens toilet of just change the whole door.

Alexander was a great teacher. He had great energy the entire time. The class was very much a "class" so if if you are looking for a more privte/authentic experience, this would not be the one. My daugter and I had a wonderful time though and enjoyed making pizzas with the large group of ten people. Note that you work in pairs as well, most of the time. Pizza was delicious.
The class was great and the 3 hours went by very fast. Francesco explained everything in detail and with interessant background information, but also with a wink!😉 I would come back in the future for another class.🤗

Very good experience! Fun but you learn all the tricks of real Neapolitan pizza. Chef Alexander is a very good pizza master, practical, fun class, and you eat your pizza and your tiramisu!!
