Good class! Had fun making our pizza and the instructor was goid but end product wasn’t the best (the dough was a bit hard, cheese was a bit charred unlike the pizzas we had in Naples in restaurants). Wish they used a wood fore oven to cook our pizzas instead of little individual ovens.
The guide was very funny and taught yoo well at the same time. the food was delicious. the pizza was cheesy and tomatoey with the defect balance in between. the tirumasu was like vanilla custard with multiple coffee-soaked biscuits at the bottom. 12/10 would go again

Fabulous experience with great staff and amazing value for money. Pizza was delicious as was the tiramisu (even if we say so ourselves 😁). Greeted with a very enthusiastic host and a glass of Prosecco. More Prosecco or Limoncello with food. Remember when you book it will be towards the ends of the 2 hours that you will be eating - don’t arrive starving - you’ve got to make your lunch first.

The whole experience was interasting, with the chef making it an even more fun and immersive class. The only issue was with the cooking of the pizzas. While all members of the class followed all steps together (adding to the group vibe), when cooking the pizzas there was a noticeable gap between people having theirs cooked and others still waiting, forcing the group to split. If the cooking times were planned better, there would be absolutely nothing negative about the experience !!
Claudio was fun and helpful to work with during the class. We came for 3 hours and it was a good length.
