The driver and assistant were good guides. Helpful guys and explained about the animals. Great touring. However didn't see the great Lion, lioness and leopard.

The Safari Tour was really good and an experience. You see a lot of different animals, but for example no elephants because of capacity. If you want to see the Big 5, you should book another safari tour. I thought it was a shame that for some reason we didn't see any lions at all. You have to remember that the animals are shy. To get an impression, the tour is great, but if you want to see more and also increase your happiness to see animals in action, you definitely have to book the least 3 days of safari. If you want to see lions or other predators hunting, you must be lucky. To experience this is no guarantee, just so marginal. Our guide Felix was really nice and also taught us well about the animals. He always helped. Greetings to Felix.
I recently had the best opportunity to visit Nairobi National park and i must say it was the best trip ever. My driver Felix was the best. He successfully concentrated on finding animals i hadn't seen before.

The tour was great got to see a few animals on the safari. Although a few points that annoyed me, the driver chose our lunch location and it was obviously charging a markup for tourists. And at the end of the tour the driver wanted to charge me 500 KS for dropping me off at my residence, despite that being part of the package. Things like this is what stops customers returning. Also the tour didn't start at 6am.
Thank you for letting us know. the tour delays abit because of the complication of the payments at the gate but usually you were picked up even before 6 am. sorry for that but it is beyond our control. You had requested to be dropped at the entrance to elephant santuary which was done. the driver just asked you to assist you to get a ubber for you from elephants to your hotel which was showing only 500 shillings. sorry for inconvinience.
Wonderful safari to the wild. Our driver sam was excellent and showed us alot. My dream was fulfilled after getting very close to the Rhinos . Thank you and will I recomment this tour.

Everything was amazing. My driver Julius picked me up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave great facts about each animal. He was determined to make sure we got to see every animal possible.

Steve was a great guide/driver! We already went to the Maasai Mara Reserve so we specifically wanted to see if we could spot a lion cub and couple other animals we didn't see earlier. He made sure to track most of them down for us!
