Nagarkot Panoramic Hiking Trail ligger nära Nagarkot Hill. Det handlar om en 2 till 3 timmars promenad, med utsikt över Himalaya. Det inkluderar Nagarkot Nature Trail och Tamang Village Walk.

Changu Narayan-templet är det äldsta templet i Nepal som finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista. Det ligger i byn Changu i Bhaktapur-distriktet. Detta tempel byggdes år 3500 AD av Lichhavi-dynastin i pagodstil. Detta tempel är tillägnat Lord Vishnu. Detta tempel är gjort med lokala sorter och träslag med gudens och gudinnans olika konster i templets pelare.
Precis bredvid Changu Narayan-templet finns ett annat viktigt tempel som heter Chinnamasta där människor brukar offra djur som höns, ankor, getter, lamm och många fler när deras önskemål uppfylls. Floden som heter Manahara rinner bredvid kullen. Det finns fyra ingångsportar i Temple och portarna bevakas av djurpar i naturlig storlek som lejon, serafer, gripar och elefanter på varje sida om ingången. Enligt lokalbefolkningen, när du upptäcker Changu Narayan-templet kan du urskilja den absoluta kulturella utvecklingen i Katmandudalen. When I booked this tour, I didn't know what to expect. However, it's one of the most recommended places to visit according to other travelers, so I gave it a go. I only availed the sunrise trip and skipped the hiking option because it has been rainy the past few days. The tour started early, with pick up at 4:15, and Bandhu, my wonder driver and tour guide, was on the dot, so we were able to begin our journey to Nagarkot. Also, I booked a group tour but luckily, I was the only guest for that day, so it was sort of a private tour for me! Along the way, Bandhu briefed me about the what to expect and given the weather conditions days before, there was no guarantee that I'll be able to see the snow caps. Just before we arrived at the viewing point, we saw a glimpse of the mountains and I was so happy that upon reaching top, a sea of clouds welcomed me and the picturesque sight of the Himalayan mountain ridges. The view was breathtaking and the sunrise made it even more perfect. I couldn't stop taking photos and videos because I want to relive the beautiful scenery after my trip. Moreover, this amazing adventure won't be possible without the skillful driving of Bandhu! I reallt had a wonderful time chatting with him about everything under the sun! I felt comfortable throughout and it was just like a trip with a good friend! Once again, thank you for this wonderful day! Kathmandu will always have a special place in my heart because of the warmth of the people.

I had the pleasure of extending my stay in kathmandu and booking this activity very last minute. Because of the weather conditions, the sunrise wasn't visible, but despite this fact, looking positively on the situation, and having a very friendly atmosphere, we visited a few more places, which were amazing, accompanied by the care and informative notes of Bandhu.
