A great tour with a personalized experience. Our guide Eriko was very open to getting to know us, and customizing our experience. We had opportunities we would have never found on our own, and Eriko will be remembered fondly from this trip to Nagano.
Eriko's tour of Zenkoji Temple in Nagano was fantastic. We learned so much about the temple, Japanese history, Buddhism and Shinto, and she showed us unique parts of the temple complex that no one else got to see. I could not recommend it more.

The tour would be worth it, if more attention was paid to the itinerary. I answered questions beforehand, but she didn’t seem to know that as we met.

Hiring a non-professional guide is not only cheaper but can often result in seeing things off the beaten tourist track. Great value and more personal.
