I den medeltida texten Chronicle of Monemvasia som finns iIveron klostret anger att efter erövringen av Peloponnesos av slaverna, invånarna i Argos flydde till den närliggande ön Orovi, som troligen motsvarar Romvi. [1][2] I dalen på ön, som relativt nyligen har återplanterats, finns fortfarande idag flera lämningar av den medeltida bosättningen samt klassiska och förkristna reliker, i vilka några av väggarna har förblivit nästan intakta.
På öns södra sida finns en vidsträckt vik med sandstränder. Strax utanför denna vik ligger den klippiga ön Daskalio på vilken ett kapell har byggts, också från perioden för kungariket Morea.

Nafpilio private sail
Great value fir money for a private 4 haur tour . Amazing point to stop no wind no waves clear water . Wonderful staff that just wsnt to please you. We were 14 people and we had the time of our life.

Wonderful experience
We had the most wonderful day with ROMVI and couldn’t recommend them more highly! The boat was beautiful, spacious, incredibly comfortable and so well looked after - the perfect way to spend a day exploring the coast.
Everything was so thoughtfully done, from the delicious fresh-cut fruit and pastries to the beautiful swimming stops. But what really made the day was the company - Yannis and Jason were absolutely lovely, welcoming and great fun to spend the day with.
It was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip to Greece and we’re already planning to book with ROMVI again when we come back next year. Thank you for such a special day!

An Unforgettable Day on the Water in Nafplio
We had an amazing catamaran experience in Nafplio with our family and friends. The scenery was beautiful, and the clear turquoise waters were absolutely stunning. The crew was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip, providing excellent service and making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Best day in our vacation

Highly recommended! We had an amazing day on the yacht with the whole family. Everything was perfectly organized, the crew was friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome.
The kids had an absolute blast and enjoyed every minute of the trip. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was relaxing and fun from start to finish.

Great day trip with Romvi
My family of 4 and another family of 4 did a morning half-day trip with Yiannis and Penelope. Everything about the trip was great. We made 3 stops and each was a beautiful cove with calm water. Penelope was great with the 4 children and Yiannis even had a drone that took amazing pictures of the day. We highly recommend Yiannis, Penelope and Romvi.
