Great experience! Super friendly, practical, and organized guide and driver. Attentive to everything. They offer lovely options to enjoy shopping and have lunch in a place where the food is excellent. I highly recommend this excursion for a one-day trip like ours, where we had very precise timings, and they picked us up from the hotel at the scheduled time and dropped us off at the airport with all the instructions. Spectacular memory.
We had an incredible experience on the Beijing layover tour to the Forbidden City and the Great Wall with Herbie. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making it perfect even with a tight layover schedule. Herbie was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of Beijing. At the Forbidden City, he brought the ancient palace complex to life with fascinating stories and details. At the Great Wall, he vividly described China’s great history. Transportation was comfortable and efficient. It never felt rushed, yet we stayed perfectly on schedule. I highly recommend this tour to anyone with a layover in Beijing. It’s an amazing way to see two of China’s most iconic landmarks in a short amount of time, and Herbie truly makes the experience unforgettable.
We had a private tour in Beijing with our guide Herbie, and it was a wonderful experience. He was very warm and friendly, and we learned a lot of new cultural insights and interesting facts about Beijing and Chinese history. Herbie also made sure we took photos at every attraction, which we really appreciated because it helped us capture great memories from the trip. At the end of the tour, he took us to an excellent traditional restaurant where we enjoyed authentic Beijing cuisine. Our driver, Pany, was also fantastic – always punctual and the ride was very comfortable and smooth throughout the day. We sincerely recommend this guide, the tour, and the entire experience in Beijing. It was truly memorable.
It was a very smooth and amazing experience with Nina and our driver Mr. Xu. They were very accommodating and gave some amazing recommendations. Starting with the acrobat tour, the tea tasting and a guided tour of the great wall! Totally recommended! 10/10
Herbie was our your guide. He went above and beyond for us, with photos, information and planning the tour. We were tired after travelling for 22 hours but he made sure we were comfortable at all times. Really enjoyed the tour

Highly recommend this company. From the first email with Daniel it was smooth sailing. He is very quick with responding with all my questions. We had a 12 hour lay in Beijing. We were picked up by Herbie and a driver. Very nice man. Very passionate about the history of China. We loved all the info he was giving us. We felt very safe. It was just me and my 15 year old daughter. He organised everything the cable cars the wall entrance fee. Even took us to a wonderful restaurant. Overall it was a must do. 10/10 Thanks again Herbie and Daniel.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Initially a very professional and helpful service from Daniel in arranging the tour including advice on visa requirements etc. Herbie was our guide and he was fantastic. Very educational without being too boring ! He showed us the best spots for photos and was very fun to be with. He was even our personal photographer most of the time.
Fantastic tour! Herbie was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport, and we went first to the Great Wall and then to the Forbidden City. Herbie was always kind, friendly, and helpful. He explained the history of the monuments and the city to us with great enthusiasm and excellent English. Super!
We had an amazing time on our tour in Beijing and at the Great Wall of China! Herbie was an awesome guide, his English was excellent, so communication was super easy and enjoyable. The pickup and drop-off instructions from the airport were very clear, and everything went exactly as planned. The car was spacious and really comfortable. Even though the driver didn’t speak English, he was very polite and kind, and made sure the journey was safe and smooth. We also got bottled water in the car, which was a nice touch! All the stops were really interesting and well-organized. Thanks to the personalized itinerary, we got to see everything we wanted without any stress about catching our next flight. We absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who has a longer layover in Beijing and wants to explore the Great Wall and learn a bit about China’s amazing history and culture.
