We had a fabulous holiday with the help of Gloria and Pinnacle team. Right from the start they were superb and answered any queries I had plus provided uses information and advise. Very impressed. On the actual trip everything went extremely smoothly and was always ontime. Frazier and Jonas our guides, were brilliant. Probably the best guides We've ever had. The chef and porters were also great lads. Thoroughly recommend Pinnacle

Incredible experience with the Pinnacle Tanzania. They took care of us with exceptional attentiveness from day zero picking up at the airport, starting the hike in the rainforest, through the intense summit night/day, return to the hotel, and transport back to airport. I could not have asked for a better overall experience. Guides (Sele and Victor) were knowledgeable, friendly, and well organized. The entire team was very warm and made us feel like a large family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to hike an amazing peak while also learning from and supporting the local community. Will return someday.

We did a private 7-day custom trek. Frazier and his tour company Pinnacle were awesome. JT our chief guide is simply the best, and Jobeth our assistant guide was fantastic too. Highly recommend the team at Pinnacle!

Pinnacle was a phenomenal choice to go for my Kilimanjaro trek and safari. I did the 9 day northern circuit route (amazing) and a 3 day safari! I would 100% go with them again, if I visit Tanzania again. They were great to work with, the food provided was so good, and the people were so helpful and fun! I loved my experience! Ask for JT as your Kilimanjaro guide, he’s the best! Jonas was also a great safari guide! Ahmed is a great chef!

Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro twice with Pinnacle in 2019 and just two weeks ago! Still recovering :) the experience was outstanding! No one knows Mountain Climbing than Pinnacle team of mountaineers. Highly reccomemnded

I had an amazing climb to Kilimanjaro Mountain with Pinnacle. The whole team was working pretty hard to help us to reach the summit. E.g. I didn't expect the porters to go down inbetween our climb to buy fresh fruits and vegetables on the market. My expectations were outperformed by everybody of the team. It was really great experience and I can definitely recommend Pinnacle for such a tour.

We did a 14 day combination of Kilimanjaro and safari. We went in November so we ended up having private experiences for both. On the hike we had Jacob and Kennedy for guided and they were absolutely fantastic. The experience was unforgettable and the service was incredible. Then for the safari we had Magreth and his ability to spot animals and listen to radio communication to find everything for us was fantastic- we saw the big 5! Pinnacle was incredible from the moment we showed interest to the moment they dropped us off at the airport.

Out trip to Kilimanjaro was wonderfully managed by Pinnacle and exceeded my expectations. My mate and I conducted a large amount of research into the various ways to climb Kilimanjaro; which route; which company to travel with and for how long to go. In the end we went with Pinnacle as they had excellent references, were well organised and have a good reputation. From the moment we Initially contacted them they were honest, professional, experienced and very friendly. Their office staff provided answers and advice on all the numerous questions I had and gave me reassurance that all would go well. On the ground in Tanzania the team were excellent. There was nothing which was too much trouble for them and the care we received was humbling. The team of five guides and porters were magnificently managed by Mjema the head guide. Our group of Eight trekkers came from three different countries and everyone of us would return to Tanzania in a shot. Everyone we met was so friendly, happy and caring. My only concern now is how these wonderful people are coping with COVID-19 and the loss of the tourists who they depend on for work. Thank you to all the staff of Pinnacle who put this trip together with such skill and humanity.
