Utforska Japans ikoniska Mount Fuji med Gray Line, en av landets äldsta resebyråer dedikerade till internationella turister. Dra nytta av vår exklusiva upphämtningstjänst på större hotell i Tokyo! Avresa från det sista upphämtningshotellet runt 09:00, kommer du ombord på en bekväm bussresa med destination Mt Fuji. Ta en kort paus vid ett unikt Japanskt "serviceområde" längs motorvägen. Observera att vi inte kör turen på lördagar och hektiska dagar för att undvika extrem trafik, vilket garanterar en sömlös och trevlig upplevelse. Det första stoppet är den högsta tillgängliga punkten på Fujiberget. Efter en härlig Japansk lunch, besök den berömda utsiktsplatsen Mt Fuji, unna dig en sky gondol ride och en lugn sjökryssning. Vår första destination är Fujiberget, Japans högsta och mest ikoniska berg. Vårt mål är att nå den högsta tillgängliga punkten på berget. Från sen vår till sen höst besöker vi vanligtvis den 5:e stationen, som ligger på en höjd av 2 300 meter över havet, där du kan njuta av magnifik utsikt över Fujiberget. Från slutet av november till mitten av maj är dock den 5:e stationen stängd på grund av snö. I så fall besöker vi en av följande alternativa platser: Fujis världsarvscenter eller 1:a, 2:a eller 4:e stationen.
Du kommer att uppleva en unik och läcker lunch i japansk stil på en restaurang i Gotemba City. Ett vegetariskt alternativ finns också.
Efter lunchen gör vi ett kort stopp på en gömd lokal utsiktsplats över Fujiberget som heter Gotemba Heiwa Park (Fredspark). Parken har många unika strukturer och monument, liksom vackra körsbärsträd. Om du har turen att besöka under körsbärsblomning säsongen, kommer du att bli förvånad över hisnande utsikt över rosa blommor som ställs mot bakgrund av Mt Fuji.
Owakudani betyder bokstavligen "Great Boiling Valley", och det är en berömd vulkanisk dal känd för sina svavelöppningar och svarta ägg, som är ägg kokta i varmt källvatten.
Efter att ha njutit av vår lunch besöker vi Hakone, en av de mest kända varma källorna i Japan. Vår första aktivitet i Hakone är en naturskön gondoltur. Det är en enkelriktad linbana som tar oss till Owakudani Valley.
Vår sista aktivitet är en sjökryssning på ett fantastiskt piratskepp! Låt oss njuta av en 30-minuters båttur som ger vacker utsikt över sjön Ashi, den ikoniska Torii-porten, de omgivande bergen och, naturligtvis, berget Fuji!
Vårt sista stopp är Odawara Station. Passagerare som tar en buss tillbaka till Tokyo kommer att ha en 10-minuters paus på stationen. Passagerare som väljer Bullet Train, eller de som har ett Japan Rail Pass, går ombord på Bullet Train vid stationen. Din reseguide kommer att ge information om hur du återvänder till ditt hotell efter avstigning från Bullet Train på Tokyo Station.
Kultågsresan från Odawara Station till Tokyo Station tar cirka 35 minuter och du anländer till Tokyo Station mellan 18.30 och 19.00. Turen avslutas vid Tokyo Station. Om du behöver hjälp hjälper din guide dig gärna med vägbeskrivningar till lokaltåg eller tunnelbana, eller pekar ut närmaste taxistation.

Komagatake, Hakone Ashinoko Boat Cruise, Narukawa Museum, en båtkryssning vid sjön Kawaguchi, eller berget Fuji Panoramic Ropeway.
- Om vägen till Mt. Fuji 5:e station är stängd på grund av snö eller andra orsaker, förväntas tung trafik, eller om turen går efter schemat, kör vi till den högsta tillgängliga punkten. Var medveten om att även under dessa omständigheter kan turerna inte ställas in och resepriset kommer inte att återbetalas.
- Om du har födoämnesallergier eller dietrestriktioner kan vi tyvärr informera dig om att vi inte kan tillhandahålla några speciella måltider. I sådana fall ber vi dig att välja turalternativet utan lunch.
- Om deltagare som stiger av på Odawara Station efter turen stöter på förseningar och inte kan hinna med sitt tåg på grund av tung trafik eller driftsskäl, kommer återbetalning inte att ske. Ta istället icke reserverade platser på det efterföljande tåget.
- Vi föreslår att du tar med varma kläder och regnkläder, inklusive en regnrock och ett paraply, för ditt besök.
- Barn upp till 5 år kan delta i turen gratis. Observera dock att bussstolar och lunch inte kommer att tillhandahållas utan kostnad. Om bussstolar eller lunch krävs för ett barn debiteras gällande barnpris.
- Gäster med följande hälsoproblem bör undvika utomhusaktiviteter på Owakudani Valley: Allergisk astma, luftrörsbesvär, luftvägsbesvär, hjärtbesvär och personer som använder pacemakerutrustning.
- Taxi kan användas för upphämtning. På grund av driftsmässiga skäl kan en guide inte följa med dig under upphämtningsservice. Upphämtning på varje hotell är tillgänglig när bokningen görs mer än en timme före den planerade upphämtningstiden.

I like the idea of picking us up from the hotel that is very convenient. Even though my hotel was not part of the 28 hotels listed, I was still able to find a hotel very close by. The tour guide IZZY was phenomenal, great sense of humour, I learnt a lot on the bus. For example Japanese greetings, how to count from 1-9 in Japanese, and the Japanese characters, very intuitive explanation by IZZY. Also the Japanese gestures and their various meanings. And my favourite part the Mount Fuji song 🤩. Truly IZZY made it easy. I will definitely love to do this again. The sites were great, maybe not the best time to go there, since there is a lot of steam coming out of the mountains, obstructing visibility. But overall it was very good experience. I will love to join this tour different time of the year, with less rain and steam, with probably better visibility of the mountains. Anyways, I still had a wonderful experience. Took beautiful pictures and videos. Great memories, … etc. And finally thank you very much IZZY keep up the wonderful work.

A day filled with many modes of travel: walking, bus, gondola, cruise, bullet train, taxi! Izzy was our guide and taught us many things on our 10 hour trip. She was constantly giving us information: we learned to count in Japanese , sing a song about Mt. Fuji, we had a set meal hot pot, learned about black eggs, etc. it was a cloudy, misty day- we could not see Mt. Fuji. She never left us and made sure we made it back to our correct exits from the train station! A wonderful day ! Our bus driver was also a very safe driver!

On 1st June 2026 my wife and I (visiting from Australia) joined this tour. Hotel pick-up was timely and we were taken to the group gathering point in Shinjuku. Thereafter our local tour guide Yuki accompanied us by coach to the various highlights, the 1st being the 5th station (topmost) on Mt Fuji itself. We were blessed with fine weather throughout and the various stopping points and lunch were all excellent. Yuki was knowledgeable, professional, funny and well organized, her commentary throughout the 10+ hour trip was fascinating. We had JR Rail passes so didn't need the Gray Line shinkensen tickets when the tour party dispersed. For a casual visitor to Japan / Tokyo this tour would not have been possible w/o a car and working knowledge of the Hakone area, so such a full day was excellent value for money.

The pickup at our hotel was extremely convenient because it’s rather early to try to get somewhere else for pickup. We had a slightly late start, but our pickup guide Kyoko was there for us to keep us updated. She was very knowledgeable. The main tour guide, Yuki, was great, but they need to turn up the volume on the PA a little. Yuki kept us on track throughout the day. The driver Ono-san was accommodating and stopped to let us get pics of the peak during a moment of sunshine. Both kids and adults enjoyed the various stops. The bullet train return to Tokyo was a great opportunity to ride one. Would recommend.

Our tour guide, Mikami, was very knowledgeable about all of the places we went and added fun tutorials along the way. She kept everything on time and was extremely helpful in guiding us after the bullet train. Mt Fuji is amazing, Peace Park gorgeous, gondola ride exhilarating, and boat ride relaxing. Amazing day!

Overall a great experience. This tour is best for tourists who would like to visit a variety of landmarks near Mt Fuji and Hakone before dinner time, but there is no brief hiking segment for Mt Fuji . Total trip took around six to seven hours. This guided tour cost about $160 per adult, which seems fair given the tour guide, bus driver, optional lunch meal, and admission tickets to account for. The Mt. Fuji stop may feel slightly short, there is no brief hiking course involved. The optional Japanese-style lunch felt very much like a comforting, home-cooked meal. The Pirate Boat Lake Cruise segment may feel out of place, but Lake Ashi was wonderful and the ship is practically brand new with plenty of observation decks provided for some fantastic views. The tour guide kept people engaged with interesting facts about the landmarks of this tour and Japan in general throughout the bus ride. I strongly recommend reading the details of the tour itinerary to better understand the overall scope of this tour and the depth of each stop. Our tour group had plenty of vacant bus seats, enough for us to sit wherever we wanted. If seeing Mt Fuji is your main priority, try to hold off on booking until you can check the most accurate weather forecast. I’d recommend checking the 24-to-48-hour visibility index or live camera feeds right before you reserve your spot. This tour is not for you if you expect to climb Mt Fuji even for a brief moment.

It was raining when we left Tokyo, so I wasn't expecting much. I told myself that even if we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, I would just enjoy the day trip. The guide was very friendly and shared lots of interesting information during the bus ride, which made the journey enjoyable. To our surprise, the weather improved as we got closer to Mt. Fuji. When we reached the 5th Station, the clouds had cleared and we had an amazing view of the mountain. Seeing Mt. Fuji appear after such a gloomy start made the experience even more special. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.
