Mozarthaus Wien Entrébiljett

Beskrivning

This was not as expected, very little set up to show lifestyle while Mozart and his family lived there. A few items and pictures to give you an idea. Not a lot of background on his family etc which is a shame for those of us who don’t know. A lot about his work, his collaborators and rivals. Hand held audio guide was not always interesting but a few things around to read. Was still there for about one and a half hours at a cost of €16 each.
I visited it 35 years ago and still love the experience Make you live history from that time!!!!!!!!
Visiting one of the greatest musicians in history house is something definitely worth it, the place is big consist of 3 floors.
It's worthwhile if you are a mozart fan. Mozart's house is near St. Stephen's church and getting to it is breathtaking. There is also the house Mozart died nearby that is worthwhile as well.
Interesting with some contemporary items. Good audio and worth the trip. Not many artifacts but stiil ok
Boring .and wasted money....not worth the cost only showcases and furniture almost nonexistent. It is recommended before starting not to take pictures..... what should we have photographed? 🤔🤔🤔
Be visit the unique house left in Vienna where the great Mozart lived and a unique experience to make relive his musical moments His sheet music the rooms the objects was very interesting ..
I wanted to review the museum separately. The concert was the highlight of our very short trip to Vienna. The museum was ok, but if I could redo what turned out to be our only full day in Vienna, I would skip the Freud Museum and Mozarthaus, and visit Belvedere Castle and the art exhibits (which we missed because of very long flight delays), and then do the Wiener Ensemble in the evening. The one memorable part of the Mozarthaus was the exhibit syncing different interpretations of the Marriage of Figaro and the Magic Flute; otherwise, I would have enjoyed just walking the neighborhood.
Great little gem of a museum tucked away in central Vienna. Was much less busy than most of the major tourist attractions which was a relief! Brilliant for music / Mozart fans - detailed audio guide and amazing to stand in the spaces where Mozart lived and composed some famous pieces. It is quite small and there aren't a ton of genuine artefacts from his time there, but great to see nevertheless.
Such a brilliant experience, educational, wonderful, great staff, many original of manuscripts and artefacts. Would highly recommend.
