We did the ropeway and the pirate ship cruise on Lake Ashi, and it felt like we were in a movie. Our driver gave us perfect timing to catch the last boat. Thrilling views, fresh mountain air, and a romantic vibe all day long. Highly recommend for couples.
Kuzi was an outstanding driver and guide for our private tour from Tokyo. He arrived right on time for our 7:00 AM pickup at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel, and from the start he was warm, professional, and easy to talk with. We covered a full day of sights, from Chureito Pagoda and Lake Kawaguchi to the Hakone Ropeway and Lake Ashi, and Kuzi navigated the whole route smoothly while sharing genuinely interesting insights about each area along the way. We were lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji, and Rana made the right call by taking us there first before the clouds rolled in later in the day.
