We had a fantastic Mount Fuji tour with our daughter, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The scenery was beautiful, and the itinerary was well organised, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Our guide, Ro, made the experience exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. He shared interesting information throughout the day, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Our family of 7 people visited Lake Yamanaka Hirano Beach, Oshino Hakkai, Lawson Convenience Store, Oishi Park, Lake Yamanaka Area. It was a sunny day and we got to see Mt Fuji clearly in the morning. Our guide, Vincent, was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable of the areas. We had our 80+ yrs old mothers with us and Vincent and the lady driver did their best to make the trip very comfortable for them with convenient drop off and pick up locations at every visiting places. They used two 12 passengers vans to transport our family and other people, which was more convenient to go and drop off closer to the visiting places than a 40 passenger bus, which parked far away, Overall, we had a good trip with Vincent as our guide and we had a wonderful trip.

Sasaki was incredibly considerate, letting us stay comfortable in the car during the hot weather, and navigating the round-trip from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji safely. Exceptional service all around! There is no admission fee to the scenic spots and duration is just right.
