Lär dig hur du rullar 'sfoglia' (färsk pasta) för hand och hur du förbereder 2 enkla olika sorters pasta från grunden med din Cesarina. Som grädde på moset får du lära dig att förbereda även den ikoniska Tiramisu. Dela din passion för det italienska köket när du får nya vänner i denna praktiska matlagningskurs. My wife and I did the pasta and tiramisu class with Barbara and it was a wonderful experience. We shared the class with another couple from Canada. There was plenty of space to work and everything we needed was provided. Barbara was an excellent teacher. She explained each step well and was patient with us even when we messed up! Her home was beautiful and she has two cute dogs. The bonus was that the food and wine were all delicious!! I would definitely recommend Barbara and her classes.

Our family enjoyed an evening with Barbara, learning to prepare pasta and tiramisu in her lovely home. She made us feel very welcome and shared stories about the recipes, ingredients and some of her history which made it very special. It was a wonderful thing to do as a family and a memory that stands out in an epic vacation. When I asked my daughter’s what their favorite meal was during our time in Rome, Florence, Montepulciano and Cinque Terre, they didn’t hesitate, the dishes we prepared with Barbara! It is worth noting, we ate at several Michelin star restaurants over our 10 days trek in Italy. I am sure it was a combination of the experience, the time together, the excellent ingredients and the instruction but I can honestly say that eating our meal that we prepared was amazing! (Thank you Barbara) I will be attempting to make the pasta for friends later in the year and the recipes will be carried forward as my daughters will make the tiramisu their own. I have purchased a Moka for the tiramisu and general use and am in the process of breaking it in. It was great to chat with Barbara on this as I love coffee and espresso and to see her precision, passion and expertise in the “small details” of food and coffee preparation was quite impressive and made all the difference. If you are in the area and want an experience that you will talk about for years to come, I would highly recommend this trip. We had an amazing memorable experience with Anna and her husband. They welcomed us into their beautiful home and made us feel like family. The food was delicious. It was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy!
