Turnén startar i Dubrovnik
Beundra utsikten över Kotorbukten på väg till Perast och Kotor.
Enligt legenden svor de lokala sjömännen en ed till ikonen av Madonna och Barn som hittades på en klippa i havet. De lade en sten i bukten när de återvände från varje lyckad resa, och med tiden växte den lilla ön fram.
Idag kan du hitta kyrkan Vår Fru av Klipporna på ön. Kyrkan innehåller över 70 konstverk, bland dem den tio meter långa Jungfruns död. Ön är tillgänglig med en kort båttur. Alternativt kan du utforska staden Perast på din fritid här.
Njut av ledig tid för att utforska Kotors gamla stadsdel på egen hand. Utforska de smala gatorna och attraktionerna som St. Tryphon Cathedral och Square of Arms. Efter det kan du koppla av och njuta av sevärdheterna när du återvänder till Dubrovnik.
Besök den charmiga staden Budva, känd för sin muromgärdade gamla stadsdel och några av de bästa stränderna som Montenegro har att erbjuda. Ta upp till 2 timmar att utforska staden innan du återvänder till Dubrovnik. Detta stopp ingår endast i alternativet för små grupper: Perast, Kotor och Budva.

Went on this trip on 23 June. Small group tour, excellent driver, very knowledgeable and informative, selecting a great restaurant for a late lunch in Budva. He was very efficient meeting us at all agreed meeting points in time. Managed the border crossing really well so we didn’t sit in any traffic.
Our guide was fantastic. He was very organized. However, the description lists Budvs which we did not visit. Also, the description should indicate that the border crossing with Croatia can take a very long time. Perast and Kotor were very worth visiting. The large bus was completely full with people. I would recommend this visit to Montenegro.
Overall, this trip was pretty fun! Honestly, I forget our tour guide's name but Drazve (?) (I really just remember the 'z' in his name) provided a lot of interesting history about the country. My boyfriend and I were almost left at Perast because two tourists jumped on the bus and they only did a head count for attendance. We were on our way to the bus (at the agreed upon time) and the bus was already pulling away. When we boarded the bus, there were no seats available and only when I vocalized my confusion, did the two individuals who joined the bus realize that they made a mistake, thinking that it was a local bus. I am glad that we were not left at Perast, but I know that if it did happen, I would not have had a good trip.
This day excursion from Dubrovnik allows one to experience the stunning landscape of Montenegro. Be prepared for long waits at the border leaving Croatia in the morning and re-entering in the evening. Also, the coffee break stop after exiting the border in the morning is just a service station type outlet & they ran out of pastries/food for our tour group. The visit to Perast was all the more special by taking the short boat trip to Our Lady of the Rocks. In Kotor, I would recommend not eating in the suggested restaurant when you get off the bus. There are better restaurants with more selection in the city.
Sinse the first moment we met our gide, we new this experience was going to be extraordinary. Nikolas was so well prepared for the adventure, with an amazing attitude and disposition all time. He really made this experience unforgettable.
the whole trip was really nice. Maybe try to eat on other restaurants and not the ones they suggest. But the experience and the host Niko is really nice.

Niko was great. The tour was lovely, great value for money and very comfortable.
The excursion group was far too large, with around 40 people. The guide, Niko, communicated arrogantly with some customers and displayed a manipulative attitude throughout the trip regarding certain activities. At the first stop, he led us directly to a boat to visit Our Lady of the Rocks Island without giving us time to think or decide. Before we realized it, we were already paying for the boat trip. We were charged €15, while the normal price is much lower. Tourist scam! We spent only 20 minutes in Perast, which was nowhere near enough. As soon as we moved away from the boat meeting point, Niko became very aggressive regarding delays, even if someone was only one minute late. Another example of manipulation was when he strongly encouraged us to have lunch at a restaurant he recommended, offering a free liqueur and dessert while claiming it was cheaper and better quality than restaurants inside Kotor's Old Town. This turned out to be completely untrue. Once we entered the Old Town, we found many better options. The restaurant he recommended, Konoba Akustik, was expensive, served poor-quality food, and the service was so slow that it left us with very little time to explore the city, less than 2 hours. Additionally, during the walk from the bus parking area to Gate 1 of Kotor Old Town (approximately 15 minutes on foot), Niko walked very fast and far ahead of the group, showing no consideration for people with different physical abilities. Summary: TOURIST SCAM!!!
