Joyce was absolutely amazing during our entire trip. She recommended some really fun places to visit and see. She scheduled some activities for us between Negril and Montego Bay. I was pleased with this service. The communication was on point. I was especially anxious about the ride because of the distance from the airport to the hotel, but the driver handled the roads,traffic, and rain remarkably well.
