Mont Saint Michel privat dagstur från Paris

Beskrivning

were very impressed with the service. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the journey truly enjoyable. The car was spotless and very comfortable, and everything was perfectly organized. Excellent communication and a very professional team — we would definitely use this service again!

Trip was FANTASTIC. Our driver, Firman, was wonderful and gave us an authentic view of France, its history, and he was great to communicate with- he has a wonderful French accent that made the trip even better! The city itself was incredible and was the highlight of our week in France.

Do not schedule this tour! They cancelled on us the day before and, even though they did give us notice, it was at the last minute and didn't even offer us a good reason. Even if they did have a good reason, at these prices, they should have had a plan B so as not to let down their customer. They didn't even advise us on finding a different tour, so it was very hard to find one for the very next day to replace it. We had to have a local there who spoke French help us. And what's even worse, they stated in the email that they had refunded our money however they never did. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company! And when I did find an alternative, I can see how overpriced this one was to begin with. What a horrible experience!! This is the kind of stress you do not need when you're trying to enjoy yourself on a vacation.
Dear customer, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry for the negative experience you had with our tour cancellation and subsequent issues. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been for you, especially during your vacation. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we assure you that we will take immediate steps to rectify this situation and improve our processes. Regarding the refund, we just checked and ineed there was some issues and it wasn’t processed properly, but we have already provided a full refund after your request, which you will receive in 2-3 business days. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you or if you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future, as we would love the opportunity to make a positive impression on your next visit.
Such a beautiful trip! Lily, our tour guide, as so wonderful! We have had amazing guides on all of our trips in Paris! I would highly recommend it!
First the only bad news, you MUST be in pretty good walking shape. It's every bit as beautiful and mesmerizing as the guide books and blogs say. The front end is a bit hokey with tourist shops but that's easy to overlook, watching the tide is an experience. Worth the drive from Paris!
Traveling with my 3 year old grandson and his parents. We walked the stairs to the top of the mont. I didn't count the stairs but there were a lot. Fortunately, a lot of stores to stop and look in the windows (and rest) and places to eat and get beverages. It was well worth the climb, especially the view at the top down to the sand. Many places to get omelets . DO NOT eat at Madama Poulard's. Horribly overpriced for a mediocre product. All omelets the same - if you want ham they sprinkle some on top; cheese? sprinkle some on top, etc. Staff were curt, brusque and downright rude.
