Ge dig ut på en rundtur för att se de bästa moderna arkitektoniska symbolerna i Rio. Från och med hotellhämtning tar vi dig med på en oförglömlig kulturell och historisk rundtur. Den södra zonen i Rio är känd för den långa stranden och soliga stränderna. Det är också en plats full av landmärken för modern arkitektur. Vi kan se dem genom att promenera genom Ipanema och Copacabana Beach. Lyssna på guidens instruktioner för att identifiera de ikoniska byggnaderna. Vi fortsätter turen till Parque Guinle för att se ett annorlunda exempel på modern arkitektur. Sedan går vi till Feira de São Cristóvão. Vi stannar för lunch (ingår ej) för att ladda batterierna. Ta dig tid att koppla av och ta bilder. Efter lunch beger vi oss till Pedregulho, ett före detta bostadsprojekt i Rio. När vi promenerar genom stranden Copacabana stannar vi framför Museu da Imagem e do Som. Det är fortfarande under uppbyggnad, men vi kan uppskatta byggnadens moderna stil.
Från Copacabana åker vi till Laranjeiras, en annan stadsdel i Rio. Vi passerar genom porten och beundrar träden, pundet och blommorna i området.
Från Laranjeiras åker vi till Feira de São Cristóvão. Beundra den intressanta formen på Feira de São Cristóvão. Stanna för en snabb bit (ingår ej).
Beundra arkitekturen i denna byggnad som skapades under moderniseringen av hamnen i Rio.
Capanema-byggnaden ligger i centrala Rio och är ett vackert exempel på modern konst.
Formen på katedralen gör den så unik jämfört med andra kyrkor i staden.

I bought a full day tour. The guide told me it was 4 hours. It was a total rip offf. I felt the guide had little knowledge and cursive information. He had little interest in explaining much and was more interested in texting on his cell phone. I think Viator should vet these people better or at least give them some training. I’ve been on other Viator Art and architecture tours around the world and they have been excellent.
A beautiful day of visits to the main modern buildings of Rio (Mam, Mac, Capanema ..) with detailed explanations from our guide: the very friendly Monica. We have learned a lot about the history of Rio and modern architecture in Brazil in impeccable French! Thank you!
Great tour about modern architecture in Rio with lots of highlights by Oscar Niemeyer and other modernist architects! Our guide Monica was super flexible and also accommodated our wishes to see some buildings from the older parts of the city, such as Praça XV, Cinelândia and the São Bento Monastery. Overall, she was very knowledgeable and could answer all questions we had about the city and its history. We can absolutely recommend to not only visit the standard sights such as Christ the Redeemer and the Sugar Loaf but instead learn more about the diverse history of Rio and the corresponding architecture of the different epochs.

We spent two days with Monica and driver Greg to discover the architecture of the wonderful city of Rio. Monica provided a lot of background in English to understand the context of the concept of buildings. She also responded to special requests here and had very good knowledge.
