Denna fridfulla del av Coloradofloden går genom en stor vacker dal kantad av monument, innan den skär genom en höga röd klippa som slingrar sig tillbaka mot Moab. Längs vägen finns några av Utahs mest imponerande geologiska funktioner som Fisher Towers, Castleton Tower, Priest and Nuns, och så vidare. När det gäller vattnet här längs Coloradofloden, förblir det ganska varmt från sen vår till tidig höst. Du kommer att tillbringa det mesta av din tid flytande, med några klass II-forsar för att svalka dig längs vägen. Möt oss på vårt Moab-kontor och gör dig redo för floden! Efter att ha checkat in och fått en flytväst, åker du ut till Castle Valley med dina guider. Denna otroligt natursköna bilresa tar cirka 45 minuter att nå de mest dramatiska landskapen, så luta dig tillbaka och njut! Vid sjösättningen får du en snabb säkerhetsorientering innan du kör av på Coloradofloden för dagen. Mellan klass II-forsarna har du gott om tid att se Fisher Towers och andra monument i detta spektakulära område. Din guide kommer att dela massor av fascinerande historia och roliga berättelser när du svävar genom landskapet. Denna resa är mestadels platt vatten, så vi stannar för simturer och lekar längs vägen. Lunch är vanligtvis runt lunchtid på stranden. Den sista halvan av resan kommer med snabbare avsnitt, som du är fri att luta dig tillbaka och njuta av, eller paddla igenom med din guide. I slutet av resan kommer du att ha en annan naturskön skyttel som väntar på dig tillbaka till vårt kontor.

Corey was a fantastic tour guide for our family full day water rafting adventure. She took my husband and I and four kids age 7-12 through fishers towers and castle island. The winds were high and to get down stream took some serious work. The kids loved the challenge. We got twisted on a rock and she got us all off safely! Lastly- rent the water blaster - water battles kept the kids entertained. For kids younger than 8- half day is probably sufficient

Corey was an absolute rock star tour guide. She did an all day adventure with my husband and I and four kids age 7-12. She was patient, kept her cool and got us off the rocks whe. We were twisted up and gave us the best stories of the area. We also did our tour during crazy high winds which met we had to paddle down stream. Overall one of the kids favorite days- a new core memory and unforgettable for mom and dad. Despite low water levels our day was anything but mild!!

We had an amazing trip with Seth. He was very knowledgeable on all things local. He kept us safe and entertained. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting a day in the water. I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience with Mild to Wild. The four guides we had were 10+++. They were truly next level. We had an absolutely incredible experience with Mild to Wild River Rafting in Moab! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our guide, Gavin, truly made the trip unforgettable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the river and the surrounding area, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does. Not only was Gavin informative, but he also kept us laughing the entire time. His sense of humor made the whole adventure even more fun and relaxed. Most importantly, he took great care of our group and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The level of service we received was easily 10-star, even though 5 is the max!
