Mistico Hängande Broar Tour med Lunch och Hotsprings

Beskrivning

Recommended trip with beautiful rain forest walk, lunch and hot springs.
We had Rasta (Juan) as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and funny. We had a great time. Not a stressful walk / hike. (But the bridges to bounce a bit - so if you are afraid of heights or are not comfortable on an otherwise completely safe suspension bridge, then maybe this is not for you.)
Guide Chris told us we had to walk for 2.5 hours to reach the hanging bridges. Also 6 of us booked a tour with a mud facial and he said that isn't included. We cancelled after being driven so far and got a refund. Guide was arguing about it.
This was a great experience and our guide Christian, was awesome. He was kind, funny, and pointed out so many different insects, plants and animals along the way. He captured photos of our family as well as through his scope for a close up view of small frogs and snakes. The hanging bridges provided great views and we even got to see a waterfall. I would highly recommend this company.
My boyfriend and I did this tour our first day in La Fortuna. Chris RQ was our tour guide and he was amazing!! We added on the second part of the tour and had such a fun time and saw so many animals we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Chris also went above and beyond to spot a sloth for me- we saw one hanging in a tree. :) My favorite part of our visit!!
The trip was fun. Our guide Chris was excellent. The lunch was delicious! The hot springs was a nice ending however they were a bit crowded and we couldn’t find a place to sit . The reason I gave this trip 4 stars was because the communication was very poor. The information in the listing wasn’t very clear either. I never got a definite response about my pickup location. The details of the trip was not clear in the listing or told to us verbally. Others on the trip felt the same . There should be a detailed list of items to bring and the fact that you can leave your backpack on the bus. Also we should be told to bring a rain jacket. That info was added at the last minute and we had to go back and get our jacket. They never mentioned that the hot springs was at a resort and we could change there. It was all very vague. Please give detailed information.
Hi Marcia, We confirmed the place and the time where we would pick you up from the beginning of our communication. You then asked about it 2 more times which could have been avoided reading what we wrote. We then send you a check list. Im running through all we have done to make things clear and I can really not see where we failed you. Below is the check list we send to you. We'd like to inform you about the things to keep in mind for the tour you booked with us: Please bring swim gear (you can wear it or change into it), a small towel, Good shoes (hiking shoes are best but trainers are ok as well), Water-container (water here is drinkable so you can refill it), Insect repellent, sunblock, jacket (in case it may rain), Water shoes or sandals (for when you go into the water at the waterfall, you have to go between some slippery rocks), These are the main things to bring. Make sure to have a good breakfast (check how early they can offer this, so it doesn't conflict with the pickup) Lunch with drinks is included (vegetarian and vegan options are available), fruit snack is included, pm and fullday tours have cocktails and coffee. Hope this is useful, if you have any questions please use this chat, and we will respond ASAP. We work really hard on communicating the best we can and we try to answer all questions asap. Always open to recognize when we make a mistake because that can happen but in this case I really cannot see what we did wrong. Glad you liked the rest of the experience and for sharing that.
We had booked to see the mistico bridges, followed by a walk to the volcano, a local lunch and hot springs. Our guide Carlos was super at picking out different birds and animals to see along the way and taking photos of us crossing the bridges. Lunch was good and the only disappointment was the rather short time at the hot springs (an hour) which really could have been longer.
It was lots of fun, the bridges I was initially scared about but I am so glad we did. Our tour guide was very nice and helped us with the miscommunication with the viator about the waterfall. He made sure we were taken care of and contacted the right people to get the waterfall experience figured out. The owner Bebo or vivo made sure to get us to the second part and was very apologetic for the mix up. Melonie took us on the second part through the waterfall which was a huge hike and took us to see the native villlagers. I didn't give it a 5 because there was way too many in our party. 16 people per group was way too much. We moved too fast and it was hard to hear everything kind of felt like a cattle drive at times. But the guides were absolutely amazing and the it was pretty cool with all the bridges and everything we saw.
This was so much fun! The bridges are very wobbly so keep that in mind. The views are amazing! Lunch was great and the hot springs was so soothing!
Wonderful experience and perfect for anyone looking to explore. Our tour guide was fabulous (Kaitlyn) and very knowledgeable.
