Minneapolis är en stad som är djupt engagerad i konsten, med en uppsättning kärnvärden som hyllar kreativitet, mångfald och gemenskap. Denna vandringstur genom hjärtat av Minneapolis är en perfekt blandning av konst och stadsliv. Vi kommer att gå längs Nicollet Mall, ett skyltfönster med offentlig konst som förvandlar hjärtat av centrum till ett utomhusgalleri. Denna milslånga korridor har ett varierat utbud av skulpturer och installationer som återspeglar stadens kultur och historia. Vi kommer att stöta på en blandning av anmärkningsvärda byggnader både historiska och moderna, som alla bidrar till den unika karaktären av centrum. Loring Greenway tar oss till Loring Park där vibrerande vattenfunktioner, paviljonger och brons, abstrakta och nyckfulla skulpturer finns. Sedan vidare till Minneapolis skulpturträdgård, som ligger i anslutning till Walker Art Center och har över 40 skulpturer på 11 hektar! Inspiration finns överallt!

Skulpturträdgården på Walker Art Center är älskad av alla våra stadsbor. Det är platsen vi alla vill visa upp för våra besökare. Det är en av landets största skulpturträdgårdar med 40 permanenta konstinstallationer och flera andra tillfälliga verk.

Jessica was a really great guide to introduce us to Minneapolis. A well paced walking tour through the riverfront and downtown areas. Used the light rail to visit more of the city without adding to the time spent just walking. We have been on many walking tours and this was one of the best. If you want an excellent way to start a Minneapolis visit try this tour.

It was a great tour - friendly, informative, and it made us fall in love with a new city! We covered a good amount of ground and the tour guide was flexible when we wanted to stop or take a quick detour. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!! Of course I would! We went to St Anthony Falls, Al Guthrie Theater which has a spectacular view! And of course to Prince's wall! I miss time to see more! And thank God with excellent weather! Calorcito 😁

Jessica gave me a very good one on one private tour at Minneapolis. She point out that Minnesota is leading states in wild rice producing.
