We could not have had a more professional, informative, and pleasant experience than this tour with Doug. A uniformed driver, comfortable car, and a very knowledgeable guide. Doug tailored the tour to fit our schedule, arrived early, remembered my friends' background, adapted to places we wanted to see a little more of, and of course, really knows the area. I've been on several guided tours and Doug's tour earns an "A".

While in town for a work conference, my husband and I wanted to learn more about the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area. It was the first time for both of us to be in the area and we always enjoy learning about the places we visit. Douglas‘s tour was so thorough, his understanding of the culture and history of the area is exceptional. The Escalade was comfortable and while we got out to walk around several times, it enabled us to see so much of the area in the three hour time allotted for the tour. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to get to know this beautiful and interesting area of our country.

Douglas Kine’s tour was phenomenal! His knowledge of Minneapolis-St.Paul is encyclopedic and his manner is welcoming and warm. I am so glad I had the opportunity to enjoy his tour, especially since I had just two days to get a feel for Minneapolis and St. Paul after my conference concluded. Douglas showed me so much in under three hours. Afterwards, he gave me suggestions for where to eat and what to do on my own, which lead to a very rich day of exploring the beautiful city of Minneapolis.

Douglas Kline makes Minneapolis tour pop. 4 of us in a Cadillac Escalade driven by driver Jeff followed Doug's detailed and fascinating history of Minneapolis as we visited chief sites of the city, various neighborhoods and buildings. We all had a great time. Doug was available before & after the tour for consultation on restaurants, theater and other entertainment. He was completely dependable, so well informed, and just a delightful person. Highly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Nothing can be better than a "private" tour and that's exactly what we got with Douglas Kline. He and his driver picked us up from our hotel (so no hassles with transportation). We let Douglas know ahead of time what we were/were not interested in so he made sure that we visited places we'd like. He did a great job narrating our sites and stopping at "famous" places in St. Paul and Minneapolis. He was very engaing with us. Loved his tour.
