Under denna 1 - dagars tur, kommer din lokala professionella Guide från Guilin följa dig när du vandrar till Longji Ris Terraced Fields och besöker två minoritetsbyar. Du kommer att beundra den vackraste naturen i de terrasserade fälten från olika vinklar och upptäcka de lokala minoritetskulturerna i Zhuang- och Yao-folken.

Din guide väntar på dig i hotellets lobbyn eller på en annan utsedd plats vid den överenskomna tiden, som vanligtvis är klockan 8. Du går med i en grupp med högst tio medlemmar, vilket är en stor storlek för att du ska få en bättre reseupplevelse. Longji Terraced Fields ligger i Longsheng län i Guilin stad och täcker 6 byar med en historia på mer än 2000 år. De lokala Zhuang- och Yao-folken har odlats i dessa bergiga åkrar dag efter dag och år efter år för sitt hårda liv. Den antika Zhuang Village är ursprunget till Zhuang-folks terrasserade fält. Byns högsta höjd är cirka 1300 meter medan den lägsta höjden här är 350 meter. De terrasserade åkrarna här ser magnifika ut! Efter att ha beundrat det vackra terrasserade fältlandskapet i utsikten över Slender Ditch vandrar du till en annan berömd by - Ping'an Village härifrån. Den här vandringen tar cirka 1 timme att fullfölja cirka 8 kilometer avstånd.
Efter lunch börjar du ett besök i den mest berömda byn i Longji - Ping'an Village. Du kommer att se det vackraste och mest magnifika terrasserade fältet i Longji! Många världsutmärkande bilder togs i den här byn. Efter att ha besökt synvinkeln Seven Star with Moon kommer vi att intervjua en gammal Yao-dam med långt hår från en annan by i närheten för att upptäcka en annan etnisk grupp - Yao-folket med röda kläder och deras långa hårkultur för kvinnor. I sin kultur tillåter flickor bara att klippa håret två gånger under hela sitt liv. Efter att ha intervjuat Yao-damen går du till den vackraste utsiktspunkten - Nine Dragons and Five Tigers. Denna synvinkel är absolut dagens mest höjdpunkt! Tid: 16: 00–18: 00, kör tillbaka till Guilin eller Yangshuo Resan avslutas efter att du har besökt Nine Dragons and Five Tigers synvinkel. Du kommer säkert att släppas på ditt hotell i Guilin eller Yangshuo.

Hotellsamlingen och avrinningsområdena ligger inom stadsområdena Guilin och Yangshuo. I Guilin city bör hotellsamlingen och avfallsområdet ligga inom följande område: norra sidan är Beijiguangchang / 北极 广场, västsidan är West Hill Park / 西山 公园, östra sidan är Sanlidian Square / 三 里 店 广场 och södra sidan är Wonderful Plaza / 万福 广场. De flesta av de stora hotellen ligger i dessa områden som Sheraton Hotel, Shangri-la Hotel, Li River Waterfall Hotel och Guilin Bravo Hotel etc. För ytterligare avstånd måste du hyra en taxi till det utsedda hotellet som din reseguide kommer att berätta för dagen före resan.

- Om antalet deltagare är fler än 6 måste vi byta till pendelbussar vid natursköna området eftersom det finns en fordonsbegränsning för att köra upp eller ner för backen. Transferbussavgiften ingår i priset.

Ellen was an incredible tour guide and the driver was great also! Booking this was super easy and the pick up and drop off at all the locations was very smooth. Ellen was very informative about everything and enriched my experience. She took me to places where there were not many tourists to get a local feel. Fantastic adventure trip. Highly recommended. My tour guide was very well-read and super friendly. A people-oriented experience. Culturally, there was a lovely show in the Longhair Village that explained the tradition.

Trip got cancelled the night before the Trip. I booked 3 weeks in advance. Not recommended. You can find another, better Guide.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation due to the insufficient number of participants as well as the increased prices of guides and transportation during China's National Day holiday. We have been working hard to resume group tours, but with the ongoing situation, it has been challenging to gather enough participants. Additionally, the cost of individual tours with a private guide and vehicle can be more than double the cost of group tours, which is why it was not recommended to you. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.
We loved the whole trip with our great German speaking guide Julia. Just the three off us wandering through the fields and enjoying the magnificent scenery. Another highlight was the lunch prepared for us by a local farmer family, very friendly people and delicious food prepared from fresh ingredients. Overall, a great day out.
Dear Dirk, so glad to have your feedback. You may not know, this farmer restaurant was found occasionally by Julia, then she recommended to us. So far, we get zero complaint for lunch food. Our customers like those dishes so much.
During harvesting and photos taken from cable car. We wish we could help up with the farmers but it was raining. During harvest now, it resemble gold field. I would expect the growing will be all green which is a different beauty altogether.

Full day with a group of 5 accompanied by our superb guide Sharon. The landscapes are beautiful (we were there mid-September = before the rice harvest). Not too crowded and we were as close to the premises thanks to our guide (Sharon) who knows the place very well and its inhabitants.
Our Guide Lily was very friendly and helpful. Her english was excellent and she told us very interesting things about the arey. The landscape was amazing. We had bamboo rice and other meat and vegeables wich was very delicious. We had lots of fun preparing the bamboo rice. Our children 8 and 11 had much fun walking trough this beautiful landscape. We loved wearing the rice hats.

Even if the weather does not contribute it’s impossible to not enjoy the journey. The history and fields are amazing! A once and only lifetime experience! Lily our tour guide was exceptional :) very receptive, friendly and told us every single detail about everything! The lunch at the farmers house was awesome and also delicious! I had a excellent time!
We were lucky, in addition to us there was only one more person with us on the tour, which made the tour even more enjoyable. First it seemed as if the weather would spoil the tour for us. But our guide Lily had a good instict or experience regarding the schedule of the tour. So we were able to have some fog-free views on the terraces between the rainy sections what made the experience even a little mystical. We also liked the look into a typical house and how they made paint out of leaves. And last but not least the great lunch we had, definitely one of the best we had during our complete journey. So this tour was an absolute highlight on our journey, 100 percent recommendation. I only want to add that the described schedule on this website is more like a rough idea of the tour, which isn´t a problem. More important for me is to have a great experience with a guide that can react on the given circumstances. And that was absolutely given.
This was a great tour. The rice terraces are spectacular no matter what the season. A great view of village life. Great food! A word of warning though: The road is a rough drive up the mountain, so if you have a bad back, consider giving this tour a miss.
