Tom was an absolutely wonderful driver who picked us up promptly on time and gave us more than enough time to explore Windsor Castle and then directly to our hotel. Thank you Tom!
We were met at the cruise port on time and had a message prior with all the vehicle information and also a WhatsApp message showing where the driver was. We had a 3 hour stop at Windsor Castle and then on to our hotel in London. Excellent communication and service
Tom picked us up from the port and transferred us to our London hotel. He assisted with our luggage and was a careful and safe driver. The vehicle was comfortable and immaculately clean. We chose to visit a couple of attractions along the route, and Tom was accommodating to our wishes. Highly recommend - thanks Tom for your excellent service.
Tom was a very good drive, he was prompt and we had a fabulous visit. He accommodated our request to spend a little more time at Windsor.

Excellent private transfer from Southampton Cruise Port with a requested stop at Stonehenge. Very professional & Great driver! This allowed us to maximize our time in England and see more of the countryside. Plus, Tom, our driver, delivered us directly to our Airbnb, expertly navigating London traffic and one-way streets. The van was new, clean & comfortable.
Our driver Tom was excellent. Communication pre-trip was great, and he was at the cruise port right on time. We went to Stonehenge (amazing!) but didn’t feel like going to Bath: he recommended Wilton House which was an absolute treat. Tom was on time, great driver and very friendly. Highly recommend.

We used a transfer service from Southampton to London after our cruise, and it was a great way to travel while still seeing some of the sights along the way. The stops at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle were both amazing—plenty of time to explore, and a really nice way to break up the drive. Our driver was friendly, helpful, and shared some interesting commentary throughout the trip. He also went out of his way to assist a member of our group who had difficulty getting in and out of the vehicle, which we really appreciated. His patience and care made the day much easier for all of us. The only downside was that we were in a larger vehicle, and there wasn’t a speaker system. It made it hard for those of us sitting in the back to hear the driver’s insights, so we had to repeat everything to each other. A microphone or speaker setup would’ve made a big difference. Overall, though, it was a convenient and enjoyable way to travel from the port to London. Definitely recommend it—especially if they add a way for everyone to hear the driver clearly!
