Mitt namn är Lydia, siciliansk till födseln och milanesisk genom adoption. Med en stor passion för italiensk mat delar jag med mig av recept och hemligheter från mitt land. Our experience were horrible. The lady we were supposed to meet with did not show up. It was arranged to be at her house. She did answer her calls. After an hour waiting around , her neighbors spoted her and she rwplied with “sorry, not today my phone dont work.”
sono stata molto dispiaciuta dell'accaduto. l'ospite ha prenotato nel pomeriggio per un esperienza che si sarebbe svolta alle 19. non avendo possibilità di visionare le prenotazioni via telefono, non ho potuto offrirle l'esperienza programmata. vorrei aumentare il tempo di prenotazione per evitare tali disguidi. capisco perfettamente il suo malcontento e vorrei anche con un risarcimento esterno, avere la possibilità di eliminare questa giustificatissima recensione negativa.
We had a wonderful time! Lydia was very kind and welcoming. She provided excellent appetizers, and helped guide us through the process of making delicious spaghetti and tiramisu. Her apartments was lovely and we learned a lot!

She is amazing. Explained every step and showed us what to do very clearly. She is very nice and great with conversations. She speaks English very well and I definitely recommend her for an experience.

Lydia was amazing! It was such a great experience. She hosts you right in her home and cooks with the best ingredients. Food was great and she was so friendly.

Really nice experience. With professional guidance I was hands-on and learned to make 2 dishes, a fresh pasta ravioli and tiramisu. It was nice to have this authentic Italian cooking experience in a local kitchen.

Lydia was great, she’s very informative and knowledgeable. I got to have a personal one on one class with her and she was fantastic. Next time I’m in Milan i will for sure be taking another class. She even prepared extra tiramisu for me to take home

Lydia was so kind and accommodating with our family and kids. She helped them feel so welcome, and the pasta and tiramisu we made was delicious, too. Excited to be able to do these things.
