Despite the tour being called 'Milan Like a Local,' the guide was a student from India who moved to Milan just six months ago. She didn't even know the city and walked from one spot to another using Google Maps, only providing basic information straight from Wikipedia. She suggested taking public transport for distances that were a 10-minute walk away, only to realize at the bus stop that there was a marathon that day and service was limited.

City Unscripted does not have any hosts in Milan who fit the description provided. All of our Milan hosts are licensed tour guides or tour leaders, and being a genuine local with multiple years living in the city is a non-negotiable requirement to host with us. A guide who moved to Milan six months ago would not meet our standards and could not be active on our platform. Additionally, our experiences are fully personalised and privately hosted, and are never delivered by guides relying on Wikipedia scripts or basic navigation apps. We encourage the reviewer to double-check the operator they booked with, as this experience was not delivered by City Unscripted. Bibi was amazing, fenomenal! Since it was just us two it was much more personal and enjoyable. We were able to ask all the questions we had and got to see places we would’ve missed if we were on our own. I would definitely recommend this tour and specifically Bibi to anyone!

What a delightful experience I had with Pritika as she showed me the art and history view of the city. She was very knowledgeable of the city history. We also explored the Dolce & Gabbana exhibit at the end of the tour which was amazing.
