Milano: Matlagningskurs i pasta Tiramisu i ett kockhem (liten grupp)

Rafael’s cooking class was one of my highlights during my trip to Milan. He was a kind, funny, and gracious teacher/host. He made sure to note of any allergies and was very communicative before the start of class. Rafael made the experience fun and casual, as well as educational. I feel confident in being able to make these recipes at home and love sharing my experience with others back home. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for something to do in Milan!

Experience was good, food was delicious! Chef was informative and entertaining. Hands on experience along with wine was the perfect way to end our trip here in Milan.

Rafael was such a kind fun and warm chef/host! The class takes place in a quaint home and he does a wonderful job of making sure you can reach the location without any issues. He also is prepared with plenty to eat and drink respecting preferences and dietary restrictions. The class itself is hands-on and lots of fun. The pasta we made was perhaps the best we had during our trip to Milan, and all his cooking tips and recs won’t be forgotten! Such a fun experience for a family, a couple or a group of friends to do together.

Rafael was so welcoming and knowledgeable! Sharing his family history and perspective on ingredients elevated this above an ordinary cooking class. The pasta and tiramisu were so good, I am still thinking about them. Rafael also made an effort to connect with each of us personally based on our interests and where we were from. I was traveling solo and felt very welcome in his home and in the group. I highly recommend!

Wonderful evening w Rafael for our family. Hands on, casual, and informative evening learning about Italian cooking techniques and ingredients. We enjoyed some wine, great food, and Rafael's hospitality. He's very knowledgeable, fun, and great to hang out with. Was one of the highlights of our Milan visit. Chef Rafael made our day! We are a close friend/family group of seven. He made us feel at home, had everyone involved and laughing. This experience is a do not miss if you visiting Milan. The way he connected the food with his life experiences~ really made us feel connected. He educated us on everything, right down to eggs! The food we all Cooked together was amazing~ some of the best pasta and tiramisu we have ever had. We are absolutely purchasing a pasta machine when we arrive back in Boston. Chef Rafael also shared his recipes~ so we can recreate the day over again with friends!

Our experience in the kitchen of Rafael, was unbelievable! From start to finish, it was so enjoyable and we left with a true taste of authentic Italian food. Rafael was so genuine, charismatic, hilarious and truly knows how to entertain. He shared his recipes with us in hopes we continue cooking authentic Italian in our home, which is exactly what we intend to do. Absolutely amazing experience! Rafael is very enthousiastic and open minded person. We loved his lessons in italian cooking, but also his personal stores about his life and family. It was like cooking with family!
