Never received the name of the tour company at all. Usually it’s very easy with a flag. It was supposed to leave at 10am and we were there. Then she said 9:45 after I called different numbers for 30 minutes.she finally answered and sent me the tickets but they wouldn’t let us in because we were supposed to be with a group. Viator gave no refunds so don’t believe their refund policies.
Eddie was our tour guide and he was wino-his knowledge on the gothic areas outstanding and he made it so interesting
Met our needs - lovely guide. Really hot so possibly hard to truly engage with us. Nothing overwhelming
Its a lovely, memorable experience to get to know about history of Milan, Rome with recorded audios in various languages. Very easy to hop on and hop off and see the city with your own pace
Very interesting and informative guided tour. Such an amazing view from on top of the Duomo. We had a tour inside planned but it was canceled due to an event, but we were lucky enough to get a few minutes inside after coming down. Would definitely recommend.
This was an excellent tour. The guide showed up on time at the appointed place and the tour started on time. The architecture and stone masonry on the roof of the Duomo is stunning and unforgettable.

It was the perfect amount of time - about a hour. Simon was a great guide - very thorough & fun!! We toured the rooftop terrace & then the cathedral. Amazing history & architecture - highly recommend!!
I had a lot of question before the tour met about what my tour included and the Viator people were fast and helpful online. The tour was just right, we didn't want too much - we really just wanted to jump the line (100 degrees outside!) and get a bit of an overview of the skyline and the history, and this was just that.
Carmin was a great tour guide who was very attentive, sensitive to all his members’ safety who joined him as the top of the Duomo Milano roof was all in descending position.
