Excellent guide: informative, managed time and group efficiently, added in depth, historical descriptions/stories with personalized experience and recent news. Hit all the tour highlights; kept entire (large) group engaged while being very considerate of older, slower guests. It's evident that he is proud of the history and beauty of the Duomo, which adds to his energy and enthusiasm as a guide.

Our tour guide Eddy is very knowledgeable. The length of the visit is just about right. Towards the end of the tour there is plenty of time for wandering around on the rooftop and take pictures. I’d recommend this tour.
Loads of stairs to climb - this is not a tour for those with handicaps or unable to climb many stairs
Learn about gothic architecture and be overwhelmed with appreciation for the hand cut hand carved 3500 statues. The guide was lovely. Patient with guests who weren’t very mobile and had so many hidden secrets to share. He explained only one of the stain glass windows and the rear but there was not enough time to cover them all. Definitely recommend.
The Duomo is amazing! If you are in Milan you absolutely have to do this tour. Our guide was great and knew the history and the architecture so well.
This was an tour of a lifetime. The Duomo is not to be missed and to do it with this type of tour is the way to go. Laura was our guide and she was energetic and provided a fantastic tour. It is truly skip the line in both the basilica and the rooftop experience. Highly recommend seeing the Duomo on this type of tour. It is breathtaking!
