Excellent! 100% recommend this company. Very easy to deal with for setting up our tour. We did a private tour including the Last Supper, Duomo rooftop and the historical center of Milan & gelato tasting. The guide Mr. Davide was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and provided lots of recommendations for the remainder of our time in Milan. It was just a fabulous time. Very enjoyable and learned so much! If you are looking for a great tour, go with Memento!
Alessandro was a great guide. He was ready to go on time and we jumped right into our Milan sightseeing experience. We hit the highlights that we wanted to see. Alessandro was knowledgeable and informative at each stop. He was patient and answered lots of questions.
A very good and informative tour with a knowledgeable and very friendly guide.
My family of nine had a private tour with Alessandro. Since it was a private tour it was customizable. Our requirements were to see the inside and rooftop of the Duomo and the Last Supper. Alessandro met us at our hotel. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor plus his English was great. I had been to Milan about seven years ago and had gone on a walking tour that included the Duomo and Last Supper. I learned many new facts and information that I don’t recall learning about from the other tour. The tour with Alessandro was prepaid and happened to be during the heat wave so we knew we could not cancel. In all honesty we were not looking forward to walking in 95° heat. Alessandro made it not only bearable but enjoyable. There were children with us which he took into consideration. We even stopped for a rest to get sodas and cool down. Yes, the tour was expensive, but it was highly worth it.
Sara was a very knowledgeable guide and did a really excellent job of summarising the history behind the Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle. It was great being able to skip the line for the attractions, particularly the Last Supper, and the gelato tasting was also amazing. I would definitely recommend the private tour for someone who is looking for a personalised touch.
We had a fantastic tour with Alessandro seeing the highlights of Milan in one afternoon. He did a great job explaining the historical significance of everything and tying the pieces together as we walked. All of the tickets were arranged, and we never waited in any lines. We were also there when Italy was HOT. Alessandro was happy to adjust things to let us stop for a rest and drinks along the way. This was by far the best way to see the city and all of the important sights.
The 3 hours with Yulia passed really quickly — we had a lot of fun! The atmosphere was very pleasant, and Yulia was really nice and friendly. The excursion is suitable for all kinds of travellers. It was also the perfect length: long enough to enjoy properly, but never boring.
Great chance to see the last supper.
We had an incredible experience with our private tour guide Corrado in Milan, Italy. We visited the Duomo and The Last Supper. From start to finish, Corrado was extremely knowledgeable sharing fascinating history and details. Corrado was engaging, kind, and obviously very passionate about what he does. This made the tour feel personal and unique, rather than scripted. An added bonus was the delicious gelato that you’re treated to. He also shared some valuable tips for our stay in Milan.
We loved this tour. We learned so much about the sites. Our tour guide was so sweet to our kids. There was a decent amount of walking, but our guide took us on the tram at some point and was able to build in little breaks for the kids. We were there on a busy week, I was very happy for the skip the line access to Duomo, though even that was a bit of a line.
