Följ med oss på en lugn promenad genom Savannahs historiska distrikt när vi går genom platser som finns med i boken. Här de verkliga historierna och se de riktiga bilderna av dessa karaktärer från boken som hjälpte till att sätta Savannahs turism på kartan. Förutom de angivna platserna stannar vi också till hemma där John Berendt bodde när han först anlände till Savannah, tillsammans med Joe Odoms hus, Helen Drexels hem (Serena Dawes i boken och filmen), samt en några andra platser.

Vi stannar utanför här för att diskutera Jim Williams, Sony Seiler, samt Wiliam Simon Glover och Patrick, hunden. Sonny var Jims advokat under den andra, tredje och fjärde rättegången.
Vi stannar utanför här för att diskutera historien om Luther Driggers (Maurice Elmore Fetzer, Jr.) och hur han förhåller sig till boken. Han skulle äta frukost här varje morgon.

Outstanding tour guide!!! We loved it!!! He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Gave us information that we were totally unaware of!

This is a great walking tour if you’re going though in June or summer make sure you bring a water or a fan does get a little bit hot and steamy. Ryan was fabulous. Very knowledgeable. Loved all of his insights and personal pictures of the real people that the books about love that it was so historically correct!

Our tour guide was exceptional. If you loved the book, don't miss this tour because you will learn so much about it, as well as the history of Savannah. Be prepared to walk on uneven surfaces and don't forget to eat lunch at Clary's after the tour.
Ryan provided us with interesting facts and lots of laughter as we followed the steps of Jim Williams. A true delight.
