På denna tur kommer du att upptäcka läckerheter i centrala Sarasota matscen när du går på en lugn promenad med din personliga guide! När du promenerar till vart och ett av fyra noggrant utvalda matställen, kommer du att underhållas med lokal folklore, historiska fakta och berättelser där även vi undrar ~ hände det verkligen? Du kommer att lära dig om vår rika Ringling Brothers Circus historia, spänningen mellan indianerna och de tidiga nybyggarna; samt hur en ovanlig naturlig händelse spårade ur de första försöken till bosättning; du kommer att introduceras till vår nationellt erkända Street Art och Sarasotas första bordell. Längs vägen kan du också höra en spökhistoria. Denna tur är en lätt 3 timmars promenad. TERRIBLE ! Absolutely a waste of time and money, We paid over $300 for two of us and I figure we had about $100 of very mediocre food. You will go first to a restaurant I would describe as one step above McDonalds where you will have a chicken taco. Then to an Italian restaurant (the only decent one we visited) where you will have an appetizer size portion of ravioli. Then on to ribs place where you will have a piece of dry corn bread and poor quality / small serving of pulled pork and mac and cheese. Then on to the fourth "restaurant" which is not a restaurant at all, just a tiny ice cream shop where you will be treated to a small serving of ice cream that you eat standing up. Our guide was fine, but the restaurants and food as compared to the price was a complete rip off. Definitely not "culinary" as advertised.

This was a fun tour to 4 different restaurants in downtown Sarasota. Our guide, Taven, was entertaining and informative as he led us to tastings at restaurants we had not yet been to during our many previous visits to Sarasota. The food samples were varied and quite tasty, as wells as very filling! We highly recommend this tour!
