We had an absolutely fantastic experience wit the bike tour company in Miami Beach! From the start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure our entire group felt welcomed and taken care of. Out tour guide was outstanding... knowledgeable, engaging, and full of energy .He made the tour both informative and fun, sharing interesting facts about Miami Beach while ensuring everyone was comfortable and enjoying the ride. A special thank you to Miguel, the owner, who is truly exceptional. His customer service, genuine kindness, and passion for creating an unforgettable experience are remarkable. Was a fun tour. There were four of us and got the tour from the son, It started to rain really hard after fifteen minutes. Luckily there were ponchos available. But unfortunately it rained too hard to enjoy it. In the end we were able to shelter together and this time was not taken off the tour. After an hour of waiting while enjoying a drink we continued with the tour. The tour led us past the highlights of miami south beach. What I also really liked was the Bluetooth earpieces we got so we could hear everything fine without missing any of the info.

We were with our family of 3 children (15-17-19) and were lucky enough to have a nice, youthful guide who also spoke some words of Dutch. Both the children and we enjoyed it and learned some new things. We passed beautiful places that we will remember for a long time. Thank you Josue & team!

Had a very nice bike ride with Sebastian. He gave us a lot of information and showed all the beauty of South Beach. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed, were given bottles of water for the road. Good service and nice staff here! Highly recommended!
